Fred’s house is spotless and easy to find. It’s about 15-20 minutes from wineries. We put a few groceries in his fridge. We relaxed in the upstairs den watching tv. Fred communicated well at all times. The neighborhood is upscale and close to restaurants and Costco. He sometimes has other renters so we shared the bathroom. Everyone was respectful of space and cleanliness 🙂. It was in the 90’s outside but his house was cool and comfortable! Definitely would recommend this lovely home! Thank you Fred, it was nice getting to know you.

Tarquin was very responsive to questions and needs. The house was very quiet, and our privacy was respected. There is a breakfast area with the usual appliances, coffee, tea, and instant oatmeal packets. We took advantage of the oatmeal, and and he provided a few extra things that were tailored to our needs. Everything worked well. The room temperature was always comfortable, on hot days and some cool nights. We were there for events at UC Riverside. It's an easy 15 minute drive. The folder for the room includes restaurant recommendations. There is a great Sushi place 4 minutes by car from the house. The neighborhood is nice for a morning walk.

I have so much to say about this sweet home. I felt so welcomed and taken care of, safe. As a single female traveler this is so important. George and his home made me feel so great. My dog was so welcomed too. Room was pristine and comfy. Would stay again! Highly recommend! 🥰

It’s been a while since I’ve had the pleasure of staying at Brenda’s, & I’m so glad that I had the opportunity to do so again! It was another restful, peaceful, comfortable visit! I LOVE how meticulously clean she keeps her home. This is the kind of Airbnb that you want to come back to whenever you have the chance! As she has in the past, she let me store food in her fridge/freezer. She was even kind enough to inform me that I had left some meals in her freezer, so that I could come back for them. She is always as accommodating as possible when it comes to check-in/check-out, depending on the previous/next guest’s schedule. She makes you feel right at home! Sharvonne from the moment we booked the place had been very attentive and welcoming! It made our stay so much easier and very comfortable over all. Super cute quite place close to a lot of things. Beautiful views as well! Overall, would love to stay here again.

Great place to stay in Yucaipa. The area is quiet, peaceful and beautiful at the foothills of the mountains with hiking trails nearby and a quaint town center not far from the house. The home is clean and well taken care of. Candy is a wonderful and gracious host. She takes great care of the house and her guests. I would love to stay here again
