This fully equipped studio overlooks a large swimming pool (heated from 5 to 9 pm), and is ideally located near exit 30 of the A6 (cars can be heard a little), shops, a cinema, restaurants, and the pretty Lac des Sablons, between Lyon and Mâcon, 5 minutes from the Beaujolais vineyards. You will feel at home with 750 m2 of land. The only neighbours are the owner and her family, who might want to take a dip :-) Sleeps 2 on the mezzanine and 2 on the sofa bed Ideal for holidays or long-term rentals.

Come and spend a relaxing time with family or friends on the banks of the Saône. A staircase leads you to a terrace facing the Saône, and then you enter the house to discover the interior. An entrance, a large living room with a mezzanine library, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. Above the old ovens of the tuilerie is an annex composed of two bedrooms and a bathroom. A large tree-filled garden and its birds!

A few meters from a 6-hectare body of water, populated by birds, and rich in exceptional flora. The breeding horses are present all around the accommodation. Hiking or biking from the cottage.

Quietly in the Monts du Lyonnais, a pretty cabin will welcome you, on the edge of a small pond, out of sight.
