This fully equipped studio overlooks a large swimming pool (heated from 5 to 9 pm), and is ideally located near exit 30 of the A6 (cars can be heard a little), shops, a cinema, restaurants, and the pretty Lac des Sablons, between Lyon and Mâcon, 5 minutes from the Beaujolais vineyards. You will feel at home with 750 m2 of land. The only neighbours are the owner and her family, who might want to take a dip :-) Sleeps 2 on the mezzanine and 2 on the sofa bed Ideal for holidays or long-term rentals.

Come and spend a relaxing time with family or friends on the banks of the Saône. A staircase leads you to a terrace facing the Saône, and then you enter the house to discover the interior. An entrance, a large living room with a mezzanine library, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms.
