House with great views and location, ideal for couples with children. Simple and cozy. Less than 1 minute from the beach. Living room and bedrooms with sea/river view. The house does not have a balcony, but it does have an entrance patio, where a table and chairs are placed. This courtyard does not have a sea view. It will be a great pleasure to welcome you.

My place is close to the city center, restaurants, supermarkets and local commerce. You’ll love it because of the location, outdoor space, and ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with small kids). The location is great: only a 10 to 15 minutes walk from the old town center (Porta d'Armas), and about the same from the beautiful D. Ana, Camilo & Porto de Mós 'postcard perfect' beaches. We are also a bike-friendly house.

Kitchen equipped with refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, electric oven, a two-burner gas stove, Nespresso machine, dining tables and chairs. There is a shared barbecue with 2 bedrooms. Breakfast included between June and September. The accommodation is not suitable for babies or toddlers -5 years of age. Important: read house rules.
