We welcome you to our chalet in the heart of a private estate located 1 hour 15 minutes from Paris on the edge of the Yonne. Bordered by two terraces, it offers two axes: on the south side, an oak forest view; on the north side, a view of a pond and its wildlife. In its green nest, our chalet will seduce you with its calm and evenings by the fire. Free access: tennis (snowshoes provided), fishing ponds. Facilities: a swing. Peaceful oasis on a 4-hectare property with garden, woods and river. We live there in another house, we would be happy to host you. Electric heating/wood stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age for safety reasons (river).
