The cottage (85 m²) is located in a former barn, 5 km from Neuville-aux-Bois. Fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, etc.) 3 bedrooms (3 single beds, 2 queen beds). Terrace, private garden with no overlooking neighbours, BBQ, boats/paddle boats, fishing, large covered playground, table football, table tennis, musical instruments (drums, guitars, synth, djembes) Flexible hours.

Old house, completely renovated, with a view of the Loire from all rooms. Access to the city center 200 meters away (all shops and restaurants), Loire by bike, walks... Château de Chambord 20 km away. The house is accessible from Beaugency train station on foot, possibility to store bicycles in the basement or to park your car very easily. Benefiting from one of the most beautiful views of the Loire, this family home allows you to come and recharge your batteries (2 hours from the center of Paris by car).

There's nothing better than rejuvenating by the fireplace in a very comfortable house that has all the charm of a wooden chalet.

Close to the nature, with a large garden, in the middle of fields and forest, you will enjoy the calm of the countryside with style and confort. This charming house located in the south of Paris, will allow you to visit all the south of Paris (Fontainebleau, Versailles, Chamarande, Château of the Loire valley, Chartres, Orléans...)

On the ground floor, living and dining room, open kitchen, two bedrooms: one bedroom with 2 beds 90 cm and one bedroom with 1 bed 140 cm, a separate toilet, a bathroom with shower and bathtub. On the 1st floor, two bedrooms: one bedroom with 1 bed 140 cm and 1 bed 90 cm and one bedroom with 1 bed 160 cm and 1 bed 90 cm and a shower room with toilet. Baby equipment: baby bed, high chair, changing table, toilet seat reducer and potty. There are 3 steps to access the entrance of the cottage.
