Great price for a great location for historical sites! It was a pain in a butt to climb four floors, but it was a great stay! Her husband came by even tho he wasn't feeling well bcus the cable box wasn't working to try to fix it, but its ok. Too much too see in Istanbul!!!

Really happy to stay at Faruk’s apartment and looking forward to staying again. Quite close to a tram station which made the moving around and going to places quite easy. His assistant at the property is very helpful and friendly. Even though I didn’t meet Faruk face to face, he was always attending any message sent by me.

Okan was a wonderful Host, he described location and check process very thoroughly. He was very responsive and helpful. The place was amazing and looked exactly as advertised. Perfect for two people.

İlk andan itibaren Okan Bey bize zamanında ve doğru bilgilendirme verdi. Ev'e çok rahat girdik. Foto'lardan daha iyi bir ortam vardı. Manzara harikaydı. Yataklar ve ortam tertemizdi. Anında sıcak su akıyor. Gece çok sessizdi. Yataklar çok rahattı. Ev'den ve ev sahibimizden çok memnun kaldık. Çok teşekkür ederiz.

I would 100% recommend this place, Zain is very nice, answers calls and messages fast, allowed us to check in earlier and leave our bags at the location after the check out. The apartment was very nice, clean, cozy with everything that you could ever need. Also, the location of the building is very good as it s just next to the tram and bus stations and you have a lot of restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. We will definetly be back when we ll visit Istanbul again in July! Thank you Zain for the experience and your kindness!

Everything was great, there were no surprises and no issues. Clean, beautiful, silent apartment with easy check in. Nice beds, hot water in shower, responsive host. We made a deposit of $100 in cash, which was returned early and conveniently. I recommend staying here.

Evin özellikle mutfak ve banyo temizliği harikaydı. Carşaflar yatak örtüleri tertemizdi. Evin konumu çok idealdi, vng properties ekibinin iletişim dili ve hızı ayrıca çok iyiydi. Gönül rahatlığıyla kalabileceğiniz bir ev !

We had a great stay! The location in Balat is very nice — full of charm and character. All major sightseeing spots in Istanbul are easily reachable within about 20 minutes by tram. The apartment is beautifully renovated and feels very safe, especially with a police station nearby. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the terrace and taking in the lovely Istanbul weather. Highly recommend!

Gia a vedersi sembrava perfetta, ma nella realtà lo è stato ancora di più, ha decisamente superato le nostre aspettative!La casa è stupenda, grande, pulitissima, curata nei minimi dettagli. La cucina è dotata di ogni cosa che ti possa servire per sentirti come a casa e anche di più,il bagno è perfetto, doccia ottima, acqua calda senza problemi, camera da letto dotata di ogni confort, aria condizionata sia nel salone che nella camera da letto, lavatrice, stendino, asciugamani, saponi. Nel salone c’è una grande tv. Tutta la casa è super luminosa, è divisa su due piani. La zona circostante è molto tranquilla, un bel posto, sicuro e piacevole, c’è un centro commerciale vicinissimo con caffè, ristoranti, atm, supermercato, ogni cosa di cui potresti aver bisogno. C’è un piccolo spazio esterno confortevole. È facile trovare mezzi di trasporto e taxi. L’host è gentile e disponibile. Ti verrà voglia di vivere in questa casa, non perdere altro tempo, per noi sarà sempre nel nostro cuore. Grazie

The place exactly matched the description in the beautiful neighborhood of Balat. Walkable distance to restaurants and cafes. Lots of colorful houses and shopping stores. Dilek's place was modern and beautiful with many amenities and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing we found uncomfortable was that the smaller of the two bedrooms was hot and it did not have AC. The larger bedroom and the living room did have AC. We thought to open the window but the window faced the hallway inside the building. Overall it was a great modern apartment and we were happy with our decision to stay there. Dilek was easy to reach and responsive. thank you Dilek!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Istanbul dans cet appartement situé à Beyoğlu, à deux pas de la tour de Galata. L'appartement est très propre, récemment rénové, calme, et parfaitement équipé. Il dispose d’une chambre séparée avec un matelas très confortable, idéal pour bien se reposer après une journée de visite. L’hôte, Ram ou Karim, est extrêmement disponible et attentionné. Ils savent vraiment accueillir : eau en bouteille en quantité, papier toilette, tout est prévu, rien ne manque. La localisation est exceptionnelle : à 2 minutes de l’avenue Istiklal, la plus commerçante d’Istanbul, avec de nombreuses bonnes affaires (bien moins chères qu’à Paris !), tout en étant à l’écart du bruit. À proximité immédiate aussi du tunnel pour rejoindre le pont de Galata, du tramway pour accéder à la vieille ville, et à quelques minutes de Şişli. C’est, sans aucun doute, l’un des meilleurs emplacements pour découvrir Istanbul. Je recommande vivement ! Brunet Jean Claude et Isabelle Mai 2

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and in a beautiful, peaceful area. Hamed was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even smoother. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to come back!

Erhan is the perfect host and was both helpful and gracious in his communication with us. Excellent proactive communication and he keyed in on some of our visits. He had additional suggestions of places to see bases on our interests and comments. Highly recommend his beautiful property and fun city!

Secara menyeluruh kami menyukai dan menikmati tinggal di rumah ini. Tempat yang sangat strategis dan berpusat di kota Taksim yang memudahkan semua akses transportasi dan makanan. Selain itu banyak fasilitas yang sudah tersedia di dalamnya seperti mesin cuci, setrika, hairdryer, dll. Namun sayangnya microwave nya tidak bisa berfungsi dengan baik walaupun kami sudah mencoba mengikuti arahan dari pemilik. Aroma di kamar mandi kurang harum, tapi masih bersih dan airnya juga berfungsi dengan baik.

We had a fantastic stay at Aaron’s place just down the street from Galata Tower! The apartment was full of charm—beautifully designed with exposed brick, large windows, and lots of natural light. The location was perfect: walking distance to great cafes, shops, and public transit, while still feeling peaceful and relaxed. Aaron was a responsive, professional, and friendly host—quick to help with any questions and made us feel very welcome. Check-in was smooth, and the space felt like a true home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Istanbul!
