Holiday rentals with a pool in Bay of Kotor

We spent a lovely week at the beautiful River House, it is in a great location and in beautiful surroundings. Katarina was a wonderful host providing clear and timely communications, keeping in touch throughout. We were spoilt by mum who lives nearby bringing treats. I would highly recommend River House as a home from home in Mlini.

Marko and Marica were gracious, friendly and fantastic hosts. The property was immaculately maintained, very well prepared and with a superbly equipped. The location is fantastic, so peaceful and with a great relaxing atmosphere. Marko met us at the nearby petrol station to show us how to get to the property including how to navigate the tight corner. The first drive up and down was quite tricky but was fine after that and no problem in a large SUV. Highly recommended place, very good location to explore Kotor Bay from and an oasis of calm where time slows down.

I booked the house for my parents and their friends, à group of five. The house is big and comfort, have everything may need during the stay. It is in a relatively more quiet area but you may easy access to popular spots with less than 30 min drive. There is also ferry access allows you to get to Budva and Tivat easier. It’s a good stay to explore Montenegro

My stay at Milan’s beautiful cliff home was absolutely unforgettable. The views were breathtaking, offering a serene and picturesque backdrop for a relaxing getaway. What made the experience even better was Milan’s responsiveness—every question or request was met with a quick and instant reply, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. We've stayed at a few airbnbs and this was by far our favourite stay. Marija, Anton's and Blaz's welcome was unmatched. They met us at check in despite us arriving on a late evening flight, provided us with welcome food and home made spirits and explained about the property and locality. Marija and Anton checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable (and brought us more food and home made wine during our stay!) and were just generally brilliant hosts. The house was lovely and in a peaceful location. We loved the outside barbecue area in particular. The house was well appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. The local town was very nice and had a lovely promenade and beach. There are local shops around 20 minutes walk away (and uber is easy/cheap to book for the uphill journey back). Dubrovnik Old Town was about a 25 minute car ride away. Overall a fantastic holiday - looking forward to visiting again in the future 😊

We really enjoyed our time at Dusan and Nelly's place. They are very warm and open-minded hosts! Both were always responsive and gave us good tips for things to do in the area. A special surprise was the birthday cake for our girls. The apartment's decor is new, thoughtful and of high quality. The air conditioners in the bedrooms were very helpful. The view from the terrace was also a dream! And the pool was used very intensively by the girls. Due to the loving and personal design, we immediately felt very comfortable.

Both the house and the host were excellent. The house is just a short walk to the old town of Kotor - and it's actually much nicer to be away from the crowds in this lovely house with pool, terraces and beautiful gardens ...as well as the view of the mountains and old town. Aleksandra and Andrika (her son) were ideal hoss. Very communicative and responsive. Gave some great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. If you can book this place - do.

We loved our stay here - the apartment is in a quiet location up the hill from the sea. Geoff’s instructions helped us find it easily from Tivat Airport, where we’d hired a car. It has the most incredible view of the Bay which is probably one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever visited. We did a boat trip to the Blue Cave, submarine tunnels and Perast, took the Kotor cable car up the mountain, walked into Kotor a few times and generally enjoyed swimming in the sea, kayaking and paddle boarding. The only thing we weren’t keen on was the traffic so if you want to go anywhere, leave early and be prepared to queue! The little supermarket and bakery down the hill are great and there are several restaurants within a few minutes walk. We had a brilliant holiday, made easier by Geoff and Suzi’s helpful advice before and during our stay. Hope to return to Montenegro again!

Beautiful views, and a very clean and spacious apartment. Alex was great with communicating and provided detailed and clear institutions on the location. The apartment complex can be a little confusing with the numbers so the instructions were really appreciated. The view from the apartment is just incredible, be mindful that you are up high (hence the view) so lots of steps and on a hill, I wouldn't recommend for someone who struggles with lots of walking. The apartment has great air conditioning, really comfy beds, and just felt like home from home. The pool was a welcomed additional as the weather so really warm, nice pool area and again great views. We would definitely stay again. thanks

Our stay was fabulous. We arrived earlier than the check in time and left far later than check out time due to our flight times and Ivana accommodated this without issue. I was celebrating a big birthday and my sister communicated with Ivana and I arrived to balloon’s and cake. A really lovely surprise. The apartment is very well equipped, clean and spacious. Other than heating the pool (didn’t stop my family but I really don’t like cold water), I cannot and would not alter a thing. Its views are stunning, and I would 100% recommend Ivana and her apartment.

Beautiful stay with a fantastic view We had a great time staying at the place! The view from the terrace and balcony to the sea and the pool was breathtaking – really a highlight. Morinj is perfect for a relaxing holiday with children: There is a city beach with loungers for €5, but also a quieter luxury beach with a bar and more comfortable loungers for €20. Two beautiful cafés are also within walking distance – the café right on the water is particularly recommended: delicious food, great coffee and a relaxed atmosphere. Everything you need is on site: a supermarket, a small kiosk and numerous leisure activities. You can rent kayaks, SUPs or boats on the beach – ideal for small adventures on the water. The food was fresh and delicious everywhere. We felt completely comfortable and can absolutely recommend the stay!

Fantastic place with great views. Comfy, clean and well furnished. Easy access to the sea and a shop (5 min walk). Kruna was responsive and helpful and her father in law who checked us in was very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend!

What a great few nights in Cavtat. Bruno was so good at communication and responded within minutes of if I needed to ask a question. Super friendly. The apartment was very clean and as described. The walk to the main harbour was about a 25 minute walk, it’s a bit tough walking back up the hill but we liked that as made sure we worked off dinner and drinks. Beautiful location and so near to the beach and closer restaurants if you didn’t want to walk to the main town. So much to do and a great base for excursions. Little cafe a minute walk up the road for water or snacks/breakfast. All in all I will be returning. This place is truly magical.

Everything was perfect. The place is spotless. The pool exceeded our expectations and made our stay very enjoyable! There is also access to the beach, good restaurants and a supermarket within a 5-minute walk! We'll be happy to go back!
