In bad weather, you can make yourself comfortable on the sofa in front of the 50" smart TV or read your favorite book in the rocking chair. Villa Fernsicht-Apartment No. 2 with sea view - 60 m²

Apartment No. 2 (60 m²) in Villa Fernsicht is idyllically located in the old town of Sassnitz. The promenade is only a 2-minute walk away via the private path. The national park and the harbor are also only about a 5-minute walk away. The apartment has two separate bedrooms, a separate kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a large living room. Highlights include the enclosed east balcony with a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and the old town as well as the open west balcony with a view of the pier.

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest, only 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. This is a unique wood-clad architectural house, consisting of two combinable units. Together with the house "Gustav" and the adjacent tiny house "Franz", our modern forest villa can accommodate up to 9 guests in a unique environment directly in the pine forest.

Villa Oestereich - Master Suite

Our modern apartments in the "Villa Oestereich," which were completely renovated in 2019, are located in a very central location, in Binz and directly on the spa park. Our beautiful 3-room master suite in Villa Oesterreich is located on the 2nd floor and has two separate bedrooms and a separate living room. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The tastefully furnished and modern apartment has 67.91 m². The kitchen is fully equipped.
