I had an amazing stay in Miami! The apartment is absolutely beautiful — stylish, modern, and very functional, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was spotless upon arrival, and the self check-in process was seamless thanks to the clear instructions. The view from the apartment is breathtaking, and the location couldn’t be better — right on the beach with private access, which made the experience even more special. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Miami!

The house was just like the pictures. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool and jacuzzi. The house was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Cant say bothing wrong about the house. The elevator needed a code but once you know how to work it tgen it became better tonuse the elevator. I will rent again.

We had a wonderful time in a fantastic apartment! Plenty of space, everything you need, and a sensational location and view. Everyone in the house was very helpful, and our hosts responded very quickly to any questions. We would love to come back.

Beautiful location for a Miami visit. The neighborhood is quiet, clean and serene with extremely easy access to Surfside and downtown Miami. The condo is spacious, beds are comfortable and there is a nice large covered deck with a grill and tables for enjoying the warm weather with perfect shade. There is some construction going on next to the condos but with just some simple earplugs we didn’t have any trouble sleeping (construction starts around 8 am). The condo is very secure so make sure you take a screen shot of the directions because it takes a minute to get used to all the codes to get in the building, the elevator and the unit. The secure parking is so worth the $25/night. We will definitely be back! Amy

The unit was conveniently situated near a trolley stop, facilitating easy access to Mid Beach and South Beach. The unit was immaculate, and the closet with additional supplies proved to be highly practical. The beach was situated just two blocks away. While I appreciated the tranquil neighborhood, the complimentary trolley service provided convenient access to restaurants and a more lively atmosphere. The marina’s location was highly convenient, facilitating easy access to Raccoon Island.

Decent place, good price/quality ratio. The room is not incredible, but it’s exactly what you see in the pictures. Would go back.

I took my teenage girls here for our summer vacation. The location was perfect. The condo and pool was exactly as pictured. The beach is walking distance. My girls lived there lights (in their words “it was an entire vibe”). Joe and Cindy were super responsive to the questions I had. I highly recommend!!

This place is great. 27th floor great views, very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Around 1000 Sq feet of living space. It was my wife and 4 year old and we had plenty of space. Look forward to staying again the hotel gym, pools, beach and vibe is first class.

Loren’s place was perfect! We had issues with the tv - there wasn’t a remote in the room. But Loren was on it with getting it resolved, and the people at the hotel ended up bringing us a remote. I appreciate how there were dishes, silverware, and paper towels in the room. We picked up tropical fruit so I was worried we wouldn’t have anything to open it with. The spa passes were so nice! We got sun burn the first day and the mineral pool was clutch. I feel like it helped our skin with recovering. I was a little worried about the fees from the hotel but we were charged a total of about $200 - that includes the cleaning fee which we were already aware of. Everything else is like small fees and taxes. The free valet was amazing! I will say one night it took 45 minutes to get our car - it was a Friday night. We just planned better on our end after this. The space was so clean, the views were beautiful. We will for sure be back! Loren was the best host!

From the moment we checked in it was a great experience. The building was clean and felt secure with consistent security on premise and added security with wristband access to go to correct floor. The beach service was great as well. All of the employees were fantastic. The unit was spotless and the views were breath taking. I would stay again in this unit again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful, safe, clean with a super convenient location. The building has upgraded security since becoming Lyfe. The elevators were all working and very clean! This is the 3rd time we've stayed at this building. It's truly perfect on many levels! We will definitely be back!! We have no complaints at sll to report.

Perfect spot in a great location with everything you need for a relaxing vacation in South Beach! This included 2 beach chairs with umbrella, beach towels, and even a small portable cooler! Suzy was extremely attentive and provided excellent instructions and communication! The kitchen had everything you need to make your own meals. Highly recommended!

There's soo much that could be said about how great this place was. But honestly words don't do it proper justice. Stay here and youll completely understand! Absolutely astounding views and a beautiful place all around. No complaints at all. Live the good life, and stay here!!

5 stars for the host Omar alone. He was very communicative, had clear instructions for checking in, and responded to questions in no less than 5 mins every time. The studio had everything we needed with a beautiful view, a nice balcony, and well stocked with beach things. Also free street parking. The area was very walkable with hundreds of restaurants. We probably tried 15-20 while we were there. We stayed a month and never ran out of things to do. The beach is a 2$ circuit trip away or street parking for around $4/hr with the park mobile app. The studio is in a great location that is walkable to downtown but also easy to get to the beach. We also visited Miami 3 times and Juno Beach and West Palm beach to the north. A few cons to note: currently (April 2025) there is construction right across the street which is noisy during the morning and the day. There is also a school where you can hear schoolchildren throughout the day. In total, easily 5stars and we loved our experience.

Cory’s place was great. Came with all the possible amenities you can ask for and went above and beyond to make sure we were well situated and accommodated for. Cory was very flexible with me and was always very responsive. Overall, Cory is the man and I cant wait to book more trips with his properties. Thanks again for everything!

I had an amazing stay at this wonderful place! Aviv was incredibly flexible and available to us, allowing early check-in and late check-out, which made my trip hassle-free. The apartment was beautifully decorated, with everything that we needed and ideally located in front of the beach. The host's thoughtful hospitality made my experience truly memorable. Highly recommended and plan to be back!
