Large cottage: The edge of the castle

Very good stay in this very spacious outbuilding of the castle. Great for 12 people. The rooms are very large and nice. Nice decor. The welcome is very friendly. The whole is held by an association that manages an IME located in the castle, the rental of the cottage is therefore used to finance this association. The surrounding park is very large and beautiful, the evening walks were very enjoyable. Lots of room for the kids, but also for the parents. Only downside: lack of outdoor furniture (deckchairs to enjoy the sun while chatting, a larger table to accommodate everyone, a barbecue for grilling). And also lacks cosy seating in the living room (we had to bring down poufs from upstairs. These little extras would make the place more welcoming. Nevertheless, an excellent rental that I highly recommend. Thank you for the welcome.

Very nice house near Angers. The accommodation is very clean, very spacious, and the fact that each room has its own bathroom is a luxury. The rooms are big, the garden very nice! The space is bigger than it appears in the photos! Host is very nice and responsive! Thanks! Would recommend without so much as a second thought!

Second time for me that I rented this house (so you can imagine that it suits me), 2 min drive from one of my places of work, where I worked at night with a colleague. Everything went well, Sandrine and her husband are very responsive and attentive to our feedback and do not hesitate to travel in case of technical problems. Very nice house, very pleasant and very quiet. A joy. Lovely host. In the owner's family, there is a family farm Or we were able to pick cherries for unbeatable prices. Unfortunately, we missed the Wednesday Marc. On the other hand, on Sunday, we were able to find oysters directly from the producer (next to the tobacco bar) The pleasure of breakfast on the terrace. House very close to the city centre and next to a pedestrian path, super nice to do with my 8-year-old daughter. We each had our own space and a kitchen with all the equipment (even a silicone mould to make muffins!) There's even a great pool in the city and a small cinema. Honestly, it was really nice to spend a holiday on foot, too bad it was so short.

A blue house leaning against the hill..... those who live there have thrown away the key.... Charming little house, very quiet, well-equipped, beautiful flowery green area. I was able to recharge and even work remotely... Thierry welcomed me very well, and thanks to him I was able to discover a small restaurant by the river where I enjoyed myself. Just as he knows the history of his hamlet and his region by heart. A local bible... About ten minutes from Segré, on the Angers Rennes axis, very well located for a pleasant stay. Cottage rebuilt with love and taste. I recommend this piece of paradise and its most receptive and friendly host.
