The whole house was spotless and tidy and according to the photos.Communication with the host was smooth and quick to respond.The museum and several restaurants are easily accessible from inside the building via the car yard.And there are guards throughout the building and the staff at the lobby are courteous.The only thing that was bothered was the stench of the channel.The first day of stay opened the door, it smelled from the kitchen and the toilet in the master room.I bought my own air freshening spray to deodorize, but the next day there was a stench and it just wasn't strong the first day; and there would be unspecified water damage in the corners of the toilet.Other than the channel issues, everything else was fine, easy and comfortable for 6 days.

Vina’s place was spacious and comfortable with all the cooking amenities we needed to heat up food and make breakfast. The apartment has a lot of places to eat in the lobby as well as a small grocery store, salon, pool and small playground. During our stay, Vina was responsive to our needs and made us feel very much at home. Thanks, Vina!

Love how clean the place is. A bit small since it is studio apartment (so it is normal), but the host provided everything I need. Even the smallest thing that we may need like more tissue, trash bags, sponge and soap for washing dishes. It really felt like staying in a hotel, no bugs or even ant spotted. Awesome staying here. And they have indomaret next to the lobby. Will definitely stay here again in the future ❤ Thank you for being responsive and friendly. God bless you all.

The place was exactly as shown in the photos, clean and well-maintained. It’s super close to AEON BSD, which was really convenient. The host’s description was clear and accurate, and they were also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

The place is easily accessed. San Living team is really accommodating with my requests and very helpful with my inquiries. They provide a chat group so it’s easier for guests to ask for help. Something I have never experienced when booked an AirBnB before. I recommend San Living units for you to have a smooth experience staying in Jakarta.

We’re just happy to stay there. The apartment is very well equipped and maintained, somehow it makes me worry that I’ll break something or just being clumsy. You know it’s because everything screams expensive. It takes time for me to get used to it. I also noticed that maybe the owner or the designer is a CARAT (Seventeen’s fandom) because some of the artworks are based on Seventeen’s songs. Too bad we couldn’t use the speaker or the karaoke machine because the bluetooth connection wasn’t detected(?). Or we just didn’t know how to use it lol. I asked mbak Retna how, but she didn’t know either. Oh also I asked for one extra towel, but it just not delivered (not in the morning also). But it’s fine, luckily one of my friend brought one herself.

A very comfortable place just as described. Host Irma was very helpful and made the stay feel like home. The unit was very clean and fully equipped there were even snacks and complete cooking utensils provided. The amenities were excellent, and the bathroom was spotless. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Jakarta. I brought a car and appreciated the free parking space provided, which made things very convenient. Access to Kota Kasablanka Mall is easy on foot through a special entrance for residents.

We had such a great stay here! The apartment was super clean, smelled really nice, and had everything we needed. So convenient! The location is awesome too. Really close to the toll gate and just a short walk to McD. Merry was an amazing host. Very quick to respond, and really helpful. Would totally recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

The moment I saw the photos of this place, I instantly fell in love—it truly felt like home. Without hesitation, I booked it, and sure enough, when I arrived, it felt even more welcoming than I imagined. The atmosphere was warm, cozy, and impeccably clean. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, from fresh towels and toiletries to a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking or dining in. But the absolute highlight? The amazing bed with a pedic mattress—an absolute dream! The owner clearly has great taste and puts a lot of thought into every detail, making the stay incredibly comfortable. Angelica’s place was very convenient where everything you need is a footstep away. 24 hrs convenient store within the apartment building. A little food store next to it. Heaps of laundromat and shops from B2 level. Direct access to Central Park Mall and Neo Soho (there’s aquarium in this mall) via a tunnel where there are heaps of food options and things to do for kids. My only issue was that I don’t recall reading that towels were not provided. So it could’ve been my fault that I didn’t notice it. We arrived at the place after 10pm. Thankfully the convenient store onsite opens 24hrs and they sells towels so we could purchased it. But other than that, we would highly recommend to stay in the apartment. We enjoyed our stay.
