On the ground floor there is a hallway with a shoe rack, a bathroom with a toilet and a shower, and a living room with a dining area, a kitchenette and a tiled stove with a romantic lying on the stove. In the attic, there is a living room with a spacious sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. Also with two bedrooms and another toilet. You can also climb the stairs to the "hambalka", where there is a place to lie "under the stars" for romantic souls.

We offer a separate floor in a family house in the village of Havlovice. The accommodation is available 1+1, has a sunny terrace and there is plenty of space for bicycles, strollers, sleds... In the living room there is a double bed (160 cm) and a sofa bed (120 cm) The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave. The house is located directly on the bike path, so it is an ideal starting point for in-line skating and cycling trips. In winter, the living rooms and bathroom are heated, but the corridors remain cold.

If you come with a pet, know that the garden is not 100% fenced, where the thujas grow, there is no fence. If you book a cottage, you MUST HAVE experience with heating in a wood stove. To regulate the heat, a flap on the chimney is used. It takes about 3 hours to heat the kitchen. We use a dry composting toilet. Take into account the traffic, the garden borders the road.
