Our quaint house sleeps 6, with the option of 2 king single beds in our upstairs loft or a Super King sized bed options. Please advise for your stay. Ducted heating and cooling for all seasons. Our home is a 5 minute walk to our main shopping area and a quick stroll to the Tumut Brewery for their boutique beers and a bite to eat.

I am ideally located at the northern end of the Snowy Mountains to explore and enjoy all the region has to offer. Our immediate surrounds offer fantastic views, great bird watching and fishing. We are able to accommodate 2 adults and a small child under 2 years of age only. If your child is older then 2 please contact us first as we have a portacot only.

We really enjoyed staying at Bridget’s house. The house is in a quiet and peaceful spot, only a quick trip down the hill to get everything we needed in town. The rooms were generously sized, giving plenty of space for the whole family - grandparents and kids included. The house was lovely and clean with thoughtful touches throughout. It was a great base for a relaxing family holiday. Would happily stay again!

Overflow is a fantastic and cozy cottage! It’s decorated and designed very thoughtfully, and was easy to keep warm in winter weather. Carolyn was great to communicate with and gave us helpful info ahead of our arrival. Instructions throughout the home were detailed and well thought out. A very comfortable stay!
