We have stayed at the lake before in another of Sue's cabins. This time, we were closer to another cabin but had no noise issues. Everything still felt very private and serene. We had beautiful mornings with the sun glistening off the water right outside our front door. Our trip was interrupted due to an impending ice and snowstorm. Sue was very kind to allow us to adjust our departure date. Definitely will continue to stay at the cabins for my trips home.

We had a beautiful, peaceful stay and can't wait to come back! The cabins are cozy enough to call home, beautifully appointed, clean and very comfortable with a beautiful view. The Rustic Duck within walking distance is amazing as well. Wish we could have stayed longer, but we will definitely be back and recommend to anyone in the area!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Our home is located right outside the city of Butler, Mo. The yard is spacious and a concrete slab and basketball goal to use. The neighbors are distant down the road so very limited travel by the house. Sleeps 12-15 easily. Two living rooms with tv and cable, and 2.5 bathrooms. Metal lawn chairs, grill, and a fire pit located in the back yard.

We absolutely loved staying in this Tepee! The location is absolutely beautiful and the people in the restaurant are so kind. The stars at night are breathtaking and it’s a great spot to get away for a peaceful night. Gorgeous steaming morning lake, fire pit, canoes, delicious restaurant. Very clean. Passed all expectations 🤩

It was easy to find and get in. It is decorated nicely with cute touches. It was super clean & tidy. Kitchen & bathroom had everything I needed. The lack of internet was an issue because I had no cell reception (TMobile), and the TV had a Roku but no connection. The single window unit A/C worked fine to cool it off. It was a very easy place to stay with dogs—easy in & out from the car, safe places to walk.

This place as we always wanted is quite and super quiet, if you want to prepare your own meals the kitchen has everything to make them. There is a deck with a grill where you can relax while grilling what you like. It is clean and peaceful.

Thank you Susan. It was a delight to stay in one of your cabins. My daughter is paralyzed and is in wheelchair; so, to be able to be in a place that has wood floors instead of carpet, ramps instead of stairs, a peaceful, refreshing and beautiful surroundings that top most Airbnbs is truly what makes a couple nights stay so rejuvenating.
