Our home features hardwood floors throughout with generous-sized bedrooms and an open floor plan. In cooler seasons, walk to live music and dining venues, Fisherman's Park or stroll around to look at our historic buildings. We are 2 miles/4 minutes from the McKinney Roughs Nature Park trailhead (hiking/biking/horse trails along the river), & 5 minutes from the Hyatt Lost Pines Resort using the back entrance. Our 20+ acres is a quiet wooded park near the end of a dead end road with walking & biking trails on site. This is ELEGANT CAMPING & the 3 tidy outhouses & 2 hot water showers are outdoors!

We have a cute guest room attached to our garage adjacent our back porch. It’s a small space but has all the essentials and is super comfy! It has a full size comfy bed, a comfy chair, dresser, desk, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and 36" flat screen TV with Amazon Firestick. The bathroom has a small shower. We include lots of little extras to make your stay enjoyable. We live in the Historic area of downtown Bastrop. Our home was built in 1916 by my husband's great grandfather.
