great stay, secure parking space is the little extra that makes life easier. only small hitch on arrival uncertainty about the place which is actually super easy but I was looking for the key box outside when you have to enter the garden

We had a lovely stay. It was a very pleasant environment, a nice terrace with a view of a very nice swimming pool (not heated). Quiet residence and walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants . The bed, the sofa bed were comfortable. Nothing else to say. I recommend the place!

Impeccable studio! Well-equipped and clean, perfect for a couple. Garden and very exotic setting. Very responsive and pleasant hosts especially when we arrived, very attentive. Small downside on the rather remote location, very steep path... but it is also part of the intense island holiday.😊 I recommend it!

We had a wonderful time at the place. All the necessary equipment was present. Beautiful decor, very comfortable bed, air conditioning to cool the accommodation, everything was up to our expectations, we didn't miss anything, private parking space in the basement, enough to access the city centre on foot without fear of not finding a place. We had a great time at Laurence's. We appreciated the location of the accommodation but also the amenities and calm with walking proximity to shops. Accommodation located 1 hour by car from the Piton de la Fournaise hike and 15 min from St Pierre, the nearest big city where we find all the supermarkets. I had a pleasant stay in this small studio. The residence, in which it is located, is quiet and secure with access to the pool. Aurélie is welcoming and available. In addition, she gives good advice from the moment you arrive. The listing is in a good location. Close to the beach, a bakery and a restaurant (all within walking distance). However, to have more things, you must take the car.

A breathtaking, mesmerising view. If you are looking for serenity by the sea, this is the right place. Easy to shop nearby and various snacks are next door. For the first restaurants, it will take about ten minutes on foot or take the bus or car if you are not afraid of traffic jams. The beach is also right next door and protected by the lagoon, which allows you to swim safely. Note that you do not need a large vehicle to enjoy the car park, but street parking is free, easy and secure with the police opposite. Great stay! If we have the chance to come back to Saint Pierre we will come back.

Nico is an incredible host! Very welcoming, friendly and helpful! The apartment itself is well-maintained and fully equipped. Also great location, 7-10 min walk to Boucan Canot. Totally recommend!
