10 minutes from Izmit, with a view of the Kartepe Mountains. The pool is heated and covered in winter, and has a shaded gazebo next to it in summer. Our house has Wi-Fi, Netflix, a fireplace, air conditioning, a garden cinema, and a barbecue. 13 TYPES OF BREAKFAST ARE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. There is tea, coffee, and Nescafé in our kitchen, and they are complimentary. Although there are no houses nearby, it is completely private as it is surrounded by 2.5-meter soundproof panel walls.
