Our unique house is located in the Province of Treviso. It is perfectly positioned to visit the region of Veneto (cities of art, the beaches and the mountains). It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.

Bright Loft in Udine

Very bright loft, with a beautiful terrace. Not recommended for those who want a hotel-like experience. This is a real home, with my books, my things, that I rent when I'm away. It doesn't have a TV, it's very welcoming, authentic, bohemian. The price includes the tourist tax, 1.60 euros per person per day. If you read below and understand that you are exempt, write to me, you must fill out a document that I will send you and you will be exempt from the tax.

The unit has been recently refurbished. ***Important Note*** the parking on the street (Via del Sale) is resident only. You can park temporary to load/unload but we suggest to park the car in Via Mentana close to Moretti Park (free) or Magrini Parking (public toll parking) to avoid tickets and fines-

The amount is €1.50 per night per person up to a maximum of five nights. It will be collected upon arrival directly from the Host.

Dolce Udin is a nice and very bright apartment, located on the third and top floor, it has a beautiful and spacious balcony, set up with coffee table and chairs to enjoy the view of the Friulian mountains and on the weekend if you are a football fan you can check out the games while sipping a drink. The windows are all overlooking the internal cohort, the wooden fixtures are sunshine proof to ensure that you can sleep peacefully.
