All great. Clean, pick up, nice decor, utensils and appliances to spare. Excellent location. If I had to put a hit, it would be the absence of a large sharp knife that if you are not going to cook a lot, it doesn't make you any problem. The building facilities very well, with fire alarms, two elevators, two-storey parking in the building itself, etc. Also, to enter you only need a code that is entered into all the building doors, no keys, very comfortable and independent.

Hello, everyone and all!! We've just spent a spectacular weekend in Las Merindades, in Raquel's incredible house. First of all, I should point out that it was a surprise getaway for my partner, for her 30th birthday. From the beginning, Raquel was a lovely person, helping me with everything, offering me plans and help with anything that came up. She left us a card with congratulations included and two chocolate muffins! The house is even better than in the photos, the garden is huge, with hammocks, a barbecue, plenty of space for our dog (he had a great holiday), lots of trees and shade, a porch with an unbeatable table for breakfast and dinner. The house inside is absolutely amazing, it's impossible not to fall in love with it, we loved every little detail! I don't want to say goodbye and recommend this house, without first thanking our host and telling you that Raquel is 10/10, her and the stay of course! Don't miss out on visiting Frías, Puentedey, Tobera and Ruinas de Rioseco!!

We were a group of friends spending a few days and the experience couldn't have been better. VillaPepe is a spacious and comfortable house. Everything was impeccably clean and prepared, with well-kept spaces and tastefully and detailed decoration. The rooms are spacious, with very comfortable beds, and the environment is very quiet to rest. The terrace is one of the strong points, with the chill-out area, with the tent, sofas, sun loungers and the option to connect the mobile with the speakers and play music, it is undoubtedly the best of the house, and we enjoy it both day and night. The house has many options for having fun in a group, and the foosball became our own mini Champions League. What's more, there are villages and hidden corners in the surroundings with a lot of character. Ana and Asier, the hosts, were attentive, approachable and always willing to help, making everything easy from the start. A highly recommended stay, which we will surely repeat. VillaPepe leaves a mark.

Our stay was perfect! The accommodation is very nice, tastefully decorated and fully equipped with everything you could need. Everything was super clean, which made us feel even more comfortable. The hostess was charming, very attentive and always available for anything we needed. In addition, the location is excellent, in a super nice area of Getxo, quiet but at the same time close to areas with a very good atmosphere for dinner or a drink. The place is very cozy and we were super comfortable throughout the stay. We would definitely repeat!

Sergio was a great host, very attentive and with excellent communication at all times. We were 3 families in your house, a total of 9 people, very comfortable. The house has everything that is described with 4 bedrooms with their own bathrooms and, especially noteworthy is the garden. It's a real treat to eat in that wonderful garden!! If you're going to Frías, we recommend this accommodation. Thanks Sergio.

My husband and 3 month old daughter and I had a great time at villas. The views of the vineyards were amazing and we enjoyed sitting out in the large garden or in the living area watching the view. We did the wine tasting which we would highly recommend and also took many recommendations for excellent restaurants nearby in the gorgeous towns and villages. During our stay our villa had a problem with air con whilst it was 34 degrees outside. Everything was done to help us and we were allowed to move villa to one with working air con for the duration of our stay. The views were better than the pictures and overall we had a fantastic stay.

We had a great few days. The house is in an idyllic area between valleys and mountains all green, quiet and with a lot of peace. Maria could not receive us but was very attentive to us and we were able to visit her farm which is a few kms from the house. I would definitely come back.
