The apartment is as described, it is ideally located. Located on the heights of Gosier with a superb view of the surrounding countryside and the sea visible from the terrace, it is ventilated at will allowing to withstand the heat in rooms without air conditioning. The terrace equipped with a garden furniture is an undeniable plus. The access to the swimming pool located at the bottom of the building is a major asset, especially since the low attendance allows for discretionary use. The residence is quiet, secure and offers the possibility to park a vehicle easily. In short, I recommend this listing whose owners are very welcoming and responsive to all requests.

Just great. Marie and her husband were super present to answer all our questions. The space was clean and in a good location. Next to the beach, you can find small village parties just perfect. Otherwise you will be next to everything to do tours if you rent a car. The wifi was great too. In short, nothing to say, I'll be back with pleasure.

I spent 12 nights at Xavier's in a perfectly located and equipped apartment. We have access to a beach directly from the residence. The location is perfect for visiting the entire island. About the apartment, it is well equipped everything you need for everyday life. Guadeloupe is subject to many water outages but Xavier provides many bottles of water to compensate for it. Xavier is attentive available and very responsive. I really recommend this apartment with its balcony overlooking the sea you will have a very nice holiday 🤩🌞🏖️

Beautiful place that made it possible to recharge for a great week. The pool, the view, the open kitchen... the accommodation is self-sufficient and allows you to discover Guadeloupe at its own pace without guilt to stay and enjoy its charms. The host was a great help and very responsive when we needed it. In short, a lovely stay!

the accommodation is as described. it is very well appointed and well-equipped. ideal for a couple. However, pay attention to the stairs of the common areas to access it which is in the dark and the stairs to access the floor, bedroom, toilet, bathroom. it can be a difficulty for suitcases or people with limited mobility. Small quiet nest, close to the beach, simple but effective, for family holidays

The place was super cute, clean and we had all we needed and more. The apartment also has spare water in case of water shut downs, which is very convenient as the water can be gone for quite a while. We felt very safe and at home in the apartment.

The Airbnb was spotless, modern, beautiful pool , beautiful outdoor layout. The hosts were really welcoming and on the lookout for our needs. Informed every day if everything was going well, we have absolutely nothing negative about the Airbnb and the hosts, I recommend it 100%. I would go back there without hesitation. 🤩

Very comfortable stay in this accommodation with all amenities. A laundry room is also accessible on site. The location of the cottage is perfect for visiting the island. The only downside is the beach which is not friendly for swimming. However, other beautiful beaches await you minutes away and it's worth a visit. Thank you Isabelle for this nice welcome.

The stay went very well. The apartment was very clean and the view is amazing. Anaïs was very responsive and even offered to stay longer on the day of my departure because she didn't have a reservation behind it. I would recommend it 100% Anaïs and her place!

We had a lovely 2 weeks at Aurélie's place. The apartment is great, quiet, warm (especially the sheltered terrace and its sofa that overlook a splendid view, especially for the sunrises😉) everything is very close and Aurelie as well as Marie are very friendly, full of good advice and really accommodating!

Axelle was charming, pleasant and helpful. She made every effort to communicate with us english speakers. She spoke english well but not perfectly....we managed fine with our limited french and much graciousness on both sides. We were charmed by the area....many beautiful beaches...we went to the maison de cocoa , and into the rainforest. The accomodations were basic but comfortable...we had everything we needed. We took advantage of her offer to provide our first dinner...chicken colombe...a typical creole dish...yummy. We would be happy to return here!

Accommodation with exceptional sea views. The apartment is more than well equipped, it feels like you're arriving at a hotel as everything is so clean and complete. There are even bath towels, a small welcome kit with soap, shampoo, etc. and the kitchen is really well equipped. Our children really enjoyed the beach toys. We had the pleasure of having an aperitif, fruit and breakfast essentials. Eric was very flexible with our arrival time. We recommend it 100% and we will be happy to come back.

We had a great time at Steeve's place. The house is located in a quiet and secure residence close to the beach. The accommodation is lovely. In addition, we enjoyed direct access to the pool and private parking space. Having friends on the island, we will come back, without hesitation, as soon as the opportunity arises.

Very nice apartment, beautiful terrace with sea view. It is well equipped and spacious in a quiet and pleasant environment. Private Gated Parking Space Good location to visit the island. We had a pleasant stay at Emilie's place which is always very responsive to our questions. The pool is nice but unfortunately missing a few sunbeds to enjoy it more.

Very welcoming and accommodating host to pick me up and find solutions for a person like me without a car. Very nice accommodation, faithful to the description, very well equipped, nothing is missing, the bedding is good, there is air conditioning and everything to spend a pleasant stay (beach chair, deckchair...). I highly recommend, very good value for money.
