The brand new Pinar, close to Airport and beach.

Small prefabricated house, modern style, cool in summer and warm in winter. It has a bedroom with air conditioning, plasma with Directv, music equipment, en-suite bathroom and dining kitchen. It is equipped with freezer refrigerator, electric oven, anafe oven, microwave microwave and dishwasher. The background belonging to the House is fully fenced. The property is located between a Furniture Show Room in front and at the bottom of the land there is a Furniture Factory.

It's a single, entire house In "Shangrilá", the first resort we find to the east -after leaving Montevideo- is "El Quincho". On the waterfront, minutes from the airport and Montevideo in a residential area, quiet but connected to everything. With a garden, stove, heated pool (October to April), wood stove, grill, laundry room, master bedroom with dressing room, terrace, en-suite bathroom and ocean view, fully equipped, to enjoy as a family all year round.

Comfortable and equipped near the beach with a grill

Beautiful small and independent house in Solymar. It's four blocks from the beach, on the way down to El Italiano restaurant. It's a large container house It has a private patio with chairs, outdoor dining room, grill, and vehicle entry. We try to make it as pleasant and comfortable as possible so we are open to suggestions or requests. It has a double bed in the bedroom and a two-seater American sofa bed. There is also an inflatable mattress if you prefer

We are grateful to have found this house that made us feel at home and happy (nothing less) it is a magical place! We enjoy it with our children. And having the beach practically at the back of the house is a plus that for us is luxury. Feel the sea literally from the house. Not to mention the garden. Spacious and well-kept. We return with our hearts full of peace and that unique feeling that it was worth it. This house has every detail thought out and I think Robert as a host shines because of that. Thank you! Both excellent, super attentive, kind, and willing to help when we had questions. Really good hosts, the place is super quiet. For our stay, they had installed an ecological stove with an oven that really heated the environment beautifully and we were able to enjoy the fire. In the tranquility of the home, we recharge our batteries, connect with nature, and also as a couple. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for everything!!!

We came from Chile to be close to the family in Mdeo, but far from the noise and transit. Jenny's place was a perfect balance with everything you need to spend a nice rest. Well equipped, pool, safe, quiet, surrounded by nature but close to shops, the airport and the neighborhood of Carrasco with nice restaurants. Jenny is very kind and always attentive, I leave her home in the original spirit of airbnb: exactly how she lives with Sufamilia. We highly recommend it!
