El lugar perfecto. Tal cual las fotos! Excelente vista, el personal del edificio muy amable. Pude disfrutar mucho el fin de semana de descanso. Luciana muy amable! Definitivamente 100% recomendado! 10/10!

This is a great and affordable place to stay in Lima. Small but good for one person or a couple on a short stay, I stayed two weeks and it was just perfect. The studio is located on the back of the building which makes it a quiet place. Walking distance to many good restaurants in the immediate area and Miraflores. Clean with fast and reliable internet connection. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay in Lima. I stayed five nights and it was great to be able to do my laundry and have everything clean and dry for the next portion of my trip. The building staff downstairs were very kind. The apartment is also very close to the center of Miraflores, so I always walked there and back. Definitely would stay here again.

We stayed for a month at the apartment. Location is in the lively neighborhood of Barranco. We were very comfortable there and enjoyed the buildings amenities including shared washers and dryers and work space. Buildings is located at the top of Barranco so easy walk to Miraflores or further into neighborhood. Lots of good restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Small supermarket nearby and other small shops. Apartment gets good morning light and good air flow. Floor fan available for hot days. Well equipped for cooking. Reliable hot water. Great place to stay for a short or extended visit. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. Hope to return on our next visit.

Apartamento limpo, localização excelente, facil acesso e igual as fotos! Único ponto negativo foi que agua quente acabava rápido (5 pessoas, tivemos que revesar para tomar banho).

Marcelo's place was beautiful! Check-in was smooth and the front desk people were friendly. Using the hot tub on the rooftop was an easy process and Marcelo was very helpful along the way. The location is very walkable. Lots of cafe's, restaurants, the main square of Barranco and the coast line to explore. We enjoyed sitting on the Terrace every night. About 45 minutes from the airport and you can walk to Mira Flores Larcomar Mall with great views along the way in about 22 minutes. We loved Peru, we will visit again and we would stay at Marcelo's!

We stayed for almost 4 months and we had the best time. Located in barranco, a very Cute neighbourhood with Lots of Cafés and Restaurants and Bars. The House was Perfect, it had a pool and gym to use. The apartment itself has everything you could ask for. Also the communication was Perfect. I can highly recommend! Pamela is a Perfect Host !

Loved this place. Big windows fill the living room with light, the bed’s super comfy, and the balcony view stretches all the way to the Pacific. Fast Wi-Fi and a proper desk let me get work done, then it was pool time or a quick stroll to Barranco and Miraflores. The kitchen’s stocked, there’s a washer-dryer. Francesca answered messages in minutes. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

El alojamiento de Araceli estaba tal cual las fotos que se mostraban en la publicación, muy cómodo y agradable. El sector en las mañanas es algo ruidoso por el paso de los carros, pero nada grave... El sitio se encuentra cerca a Miraflores y es muy fácil tener acceso a diferentes sitios turísticos. En nuestro caso teníamos que guardar las maletas hasta que pudiéramos recogerlas en la noche para ir al aeropuerto, ella nos permitió poder coordinar con una persona del conjunto para que no las cuidara mientras tanto.. Sin duda alguna volvería a este apartamento, por sus comodidades y su vista...

Great apartment just close to Park Kennedy and right in the centre of Miraflores. Good size, and all the amenities you need for a week or so. Nice cafes and restaurants close by too. Would recommend! Thanks Cecilia!

Excelente lugar el metropolitano te queda a una cuadra!!!! La zona súper tranquila caminando llegas a larcomar sin temas y al puente de los suspiros!!!! Supermercado grande cercano y mercado cercano!!! Farmacias, parque y tiendas cercanos

Ich habe mich in diesem Duplex Apartment wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war mit Abstand der ruhigste Ort, den ich bisher in Lima erlebt habe. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und vor allem: sie hat eine Heizung. Gerade in Lima ist das ein großer Pluspunkt, den man nicht unterschätzen sollte. Der Check In lief über die Rezeption im Haus. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit, man fühlt sich direkt gut aufgehoben. Besonders schön ist auch die Lage an einer grünen Allee, ruhig und trotzdem zentral.

O melhor airbnb que já fiquei na minha vida! Eu não queria ir embora! O apartamento é ótimo, limpo, cheiroso, amplo, tem tudo o que alguém pode precisar e mais um pouco. Tem máquina de lavar louça, panela elétrica de arroz, projetor na sala e até um toca discos que funciona! Ouvi muita música 🎶. Nem dava vontade de sair! Já quero voltar!

I love the location of Renzos place. Spacious, great views and everything you could need, steps from your door. And across the street is a big, beautiful park. Plus the outdoor space is hard to find in Lima. Would definitely recommend Renzos place!

Stayed a month at the place. The apartment in San Miguel is in a convienent location for tourist. 20 min from Miraflores a tourist hotspot, and 10 min from San miguel plaza a nice large shopping mall that has all you need there. My partner and I spent alot of time shopping and eating there during our stay. The apartment has nice security staff that are well aware of Airbnb and will assist the best they can. The pool is closed on Mondays and from 12 - 2. As well as the Gym from 12 -2 every day. Security has to be there I believe, which was not ideal at times. You have to get used to that schedule. The hotwater for the shower you must flip a switch an hour before use, then turn off after. The hotwater may not last that long either, but good enough to wash off and save water. Host was available to message consistently if there were any problems and thus was able to have a good time here.

Amazing view from both main bedroom and living room. Lots of space in the bunk room. WiFi worked great & the building is very safe. I stayed with my family including 2 children and we had no issues. Host are very responsive and gave very detailed instructions for everything. Would recommend and would stay again.

Hemos remodelado nuestra casa y vimos por conveniente ir a un departamento cerca, el cual tenía todo lo que necesitamos durante la estadía y la vista de Lima muy linda! Super impecable y buen trato

Good floor plan but a small bathroom. Unfortunately, the apartment did not have Claro cable TV, so I did not have access to English speaking channels and news.

We loved Elena's place. I felt very safe as a single woman traveling and when my daughter joined, we found lots of beautiful walking and restaurants to enjoy. I would definitely stay again. Miraflores was a lovely area of Lima.

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean, quiet, and felt very safe. It’s in a great location, within walking distance to the best parts of Barranco, and also to Miraflores if you're up for a stroll. There are cafes and a supermarket on the same block, which was very convenient. Communication with Johanna was excellent, she was helpful and responsive. And check-in and check-out were easy. I’d definitely stay here again!
