Excelentes vistas al mar y a la montaña, piscina y parking privado comunitario en la misma urbanización. La temporada de piscina es del 1 de junio al 15 se septiembre, y el horario es de 10:30 a 15:00, y de 16:00 a 20:30. La casa cuenta con red wifi privada, Movistar plus y sistema de seguridad.
