Warm two-story wooden house on the beach in Punta Rubia, a quiet neighborhood on the dunes and meters from the sea. La Pedrera is 1 km away and Cabo Polonio is 37 km away. The promised beach! The house has a living room, an integrated kitchen, and a full bathroom on the ground floor. In PA, 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed, with access to the deck seen in the photo, and another with a single bed and two armchair beds. The living room armchair can also be converted into a bed. Outdoor grill. Casa Maresia is located on the north beach in the first row practically on the sea. Its location allows the view and connection with the environment to be a unique experience with the comforts of a modern house and relaxation spaces on the beach. Hot water for the shower, LED lights in all rooms, a refrigerator, and a 220v socket to charge cell phones and small speakers. The house does not include bed linens. We recommend bringing yours or if you need to rent them, please let us know in advance!
