Our caretaker and his family live on the property (annex) and are available 24 hours a day to guests, as the house is large and needs permanent support.

Next to the condominium, you have access to the most incredible tours in our region, known as the "Coral Coast." We provide all bed and bath linens, as well as all kitchen utensils. At check-in we take a photo of the meter, at check-out another, we calculate the difference and multiply by R$ 1.30
