The house is very well located in the southern corner of Ferrugem in a quiet area. It has 85 m2 plus a 65 m2 deck and is 100 meters from the sea. It has a large fenced and wooded land. Ideal for 5 people. It is three blocks from the center of the beach and a 10 minute walk from the most famous bar on the beach, Bar do Zado. The property is large and has a privileged geographical formation that shelters it from the northeast wind, allowing the guest to enjoy the surroundings in any weather condition.

Charming, comfortable and quiet cabin in Praia do Rosa with a view of the sea, surrounded by nature, in front of Lagoa do Peri, 300 metres from the sea (southern corner of Praia do Rosa) with a beautiful trail to the beach (5 minutes' walk). Optional breakfast Coffee basket: 130 reais for two people or 70 reais for one person! PLEASE NOTE: Parties and loud sound are not allowed, respect the quiet time as of 10 pm!
