The trail to the river is uneven and has some hills. There can be wild animals.

On 60 acres, lots of dirt roads, and a rough rocky dry creek to explore. hummingbirds, jack rabbits, deer to keep you amused. Several clear cool swimming holes on the Nueces River just minutes away. Nueces River House

Relax at this wonderful peaceful place with the family. The river is accessible from the house by ladder. Great fishing from the backyard! There is a spacious yard and beautiful trees. The porch is a wonderful place to sit back and enjoy the view. Internet is available but be aware it is a rural speed, not fast city speed. The house is 5 miles from Camp Wood which has restaurants and stores. A park is a short way away with benches, covers, another place to fish and to launch a kayak.
