Enjoy a wonderful vacation with friends or family in an enchanting environment. New information! We have check-in at 4 p.m. and check-out at 10 a.m. We do this so we can clean the house perfectly. Luxurious villa with pool (with sliding cover) and barbecue, just ten minutes from downtown Murcia (the tram stop is two hundred meters from the house). Enjoy its beautiful garden, sun loungers, mini-golf and French pool table. The soccer, tennis and paddle tennis court can be rented by the hour at an additional cost of €10. Family meals and parties are allowed in the barbecue area, but no loud music or large crowds of people (maximum 15 people).

The house is very well connected: close to all kinds of shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, butcher, etc.) and a large green area a 1-minute walk away. Easy parking right at the door. The Smart TV is strategically placed so that it can be seen from the patio as well, simply by turning it.
