The small guest apartment in the basement of our single-family house is located in a preferred location of Stralsund overlooking the Strelasund and the island of Rügen and direct connection to the Baltic Sea Coastal Cycle Route. It is a one-room apartment with bathroom and kitchenette including dishwasher and fully automatic coffee machine. The apartment is comfortably furnished and spacious thanks to the fold-away bed that can be folded up during the day. A baby crib is provided upon request.

This "penthouse" apartment is located in one of the prettiest corners of the old city center of the historic Hanse city of Stralsund (and UNESCO World Heritage site). It stretches over the two top floors just under the red-tile-covered roof of a house built sometime around 1760 over foundations from 1300. Whether for seasonal workers, vacationers or city travelers, our granny apartment in a quiet & central location can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. The apartment has a separate entrance. The city center is about 2.1 km away, and shopping for everyday needs is very close. For children, there are several playgrounds nearby and the connection to the island of Rügen is also very conveniently located. Not only two-legged friends but also four-legged friends are welcome here.

"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

-Winter break from 22 December 25-5 April 26- The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with dilapidated charm for 2 people located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. I acquired the manor house in Kobrow in 2011 with the aim of reviving and thereby preserving a small piece of our country's cultural heritage. The apartment "Steernkieker" is located in an outbuilding on a spacious, private garden property with a pond. Relax on your sun terrace or start to Mecklenburg – Western Pomerania's most popular attractions. The historic old town of Stralsund (UNESCO World Heritage Site) is about 10 km away. In the immediate vicinity are the islands of Rügen and Hiddensee as well as the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula with its long white sandy beaches.

The duplex apartment is located in a historic pilot house in a small port town near Stralsund. It is only a few meters walk to the water. Suitable for max. 2 adults and one child. On the ground floor is the kitchen with a small dining area and an exit to the terrace. There is also a bathroom with a bath and sauna. In the upper part is the living-bedroom with a wooden beamed ceiling, a double bed and a sofa bed ( about 80x190cm).

Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
