The apartment is wonderful beautiful landscape, very clean house, wonderful jacuzzi. alexandre was very attentive and helpful.

Super new, clean and comfortable apartment. Very well equipped, we barbecued and used the kitchen comp if you had it at home. Maysa was super attentive and flexible, god instruction clear and was very active to leave us well accommodated. The apartment is at a very privileged point of the beach, cos the best restaurants stand on the sand and walking distance of the restaurants by night.

Catherine was very attentive and requests! The property is perfect, comfortable and modern, recently renovated. The condominium is sensational, it has an indescribable view, simply wonderful! I highly recommend it!

Excellent place, had everything we needed , well equipped . Very good location, stand in the sand, delicious pool, pool restaurant with attentive staff and delicious food!! Supermarket right next to the building, very practical . Manoela was attentive and kind all the time!

The house in Ilhabela was hands down one of the most beautiful Airbnbs any of us had stayed in all over the world. House was clean and comfortable and easily fit a group of 9 people. A little bit of a walk to get into town but the views make up for it.

The house is wonderful, clean, cozy, well cared for and full of details that make us feel at home. But what really made a difference in our stay was Nenê. It has an affectionate way to take care of everything, always willing to help, give tips on walks and even order fresh seafood to prepare with that homemade seasoning that only she knows how to do. And the chocolate cake? Delicious! We will definitely return!

We just spent an amazing weekend at this house in Praia da Baleia! The house is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped — it has all the utensils we need for a perfect stay. There are four suites, a swimming pool, sauna, barbecue, pizza oven and it is close to the beach! The condominium is super pleasant and safe, with beautiful houses around. The host was excellent, always responded quickly and gave us all the right directions. I highly recommend it for those who want to enjoy relaxing days with family or friends. We sure want to go back!

Our stay was great, the house is extremely well located and functional, very clean and no mess or smell of mold or anything, which ended up exceeding our expectations. The rooms and bathrooms are good, the kitchen has a multitude of good quality utensils and appliances and the ground floor offers rooms, bathroom, outdoor area, barbecue and a breathtaking and priceless view of the sea and the beach. We were able to have coffee and eat meals admiring the sea and even when using the kitchen, the stunning view stole our attention. This is a property that makes every penny count. The house is on the avenue that gives access to the beach, so there are all kinds of shops around. The caretaker couple helped us on arrival and conveyed security, promptly answering any questions, and also left us totally at ease, without unsolicited interactions. The house has an alarm, which we also think is good. Anyway, 10 out of 10! We will certainly return.

The house and the area are exactly as described. The surroundings are very good with a supermarket and pharmacy nearby. The large beach is nearby, approximately 600m. Anyway, it was an excellent stay. Thank you very much.

The house I saw on Airbnb and that we loved from the first moment was even more beautiful in person. All the perfect details, the impeccable towels, the sheets, the appliances, the pool, every corner of the garden or the house invited you to enjoy them. The tableware is more than complete and beautiful, everything has been a real pleasure and I recommend that you do not hesitate. Peggy and Fernando who received us were super attentive and willing. We loved our stay! When we arrived at the house, it still smelled like cleaning. It is a nice house, well-equipped, well-decorated, cozy, with good lighting, in a quiet location, despite being very close to the beach. Carla was a great host. It will certainly be our first choice every time we think about returning to Ilhabela

Very cozy and great place to stay. The surrounding countryside doesn't have many options of restaurants so car was very helpful. Optimal requested for those who, like me, wanted rest. Very clean and spacious apto. The kitchen is really well-equipped. Pertissimo da Praia, which has few people and which had the structure of the condominium (umbrella and chair) facilitating our life. Lucas was very attentive and answered everything quickly. I highly recommend it and plan to come back!

Accommodation is as described in the photo with good taste in the decoration, as the weather was not good, I enjoyed the structure every day of the accommodation, meeting all my expectations as well as a full kitchen, ice machine, brewery, and a cart to take cooler and etc to the beach that was very useful, I felt at home, I have no observation only compliments.

We love the stay. Positive points: Well located, 2 blocks from the beach, clean and well organized house, all closed with screens and free of insects, well equipped (cups, kitchen utensils, ...only the coffee maker was broken plus there was a strainer), fantastic barbecue, top showers, super quiet and well frequented place, without noisy people, safe place with 24-hour concierge, photos of the residence. Fantastic for a few days as a family, accommodating very well 5 people. Improvement Oportundiades: Major trash in the kitchen, softer mattresses and no additional toppings (my preference), lockers slightly worn out by the sea, but in good conditions, a little more facilities offered in the service such as putting on and removing the leased bed linen (detail) and a little bit more agility in communication. We'll be back for sure. Thanks a lot to Caroline and Dilson for offering us this opportunity, we think it's fantastic!!!

Excellent, defines the stay from the first to the last day, impeccable attention by Sergio, I felt at home, because the apt offers all the amenities necessary for the daily life on the coast and after a day of the beach finish with a good dip in the pool that besides being wonderful is heated. Super recompense!

I went in 3 people, and the flat met all my expectations. In terms of location, it is located in a condominium that is literally in front of entrance 11 of Maresias beach, and is simply the best part of the beach. I went in the middle of Carnival, and it was a marvel. The condominium is great, the pool is very good, I used a lot of the leisure area with ping pong and also the shower when arriving from the beach. Lucão was very flexible about the check-in and check-out time as well, answered all my questions about the flat, what to take, and also gave great tips for tours in Maresias. I recommend it!!
