The house has a large and airy living room, dining room with a table that accommodates several guests. The barbecue is practical and integrated with the kitchen and swimming pool. All bedrooms are en-suite and feature air-conditioning and ceiling fans. The garage is for three cars. The renovated house is located 100 m from Barequeçaba Beach, São Sebastião House for up to 6 people who want to relax. It has two bedrooms with a balcony door to the backyard - one of them en-suite - an integrated living room and kitchen and a guest bathroom. 2-car spaces, kitchen with utensils, air conditioning IN THE BEDROOMS, not in the living room. IT HAS: bedding, Wifi 160 MB, kitchen utensils DOES NOT HAVE: towels, barbecue, TV, box in the social bath by preference of the owner, beach utensils and oven.

Delicious house, super well maintained and clean! :)
This house is delightful, all spaces are super well maintained, beautiful and clean! We rent with great care and affection that guests will notice as soon as they enter! There are 3 en-suites, plus 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, the beds are full beds with good comfortable mattresses and there are two more toilets. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The beach is super close, about 200 meters - no need for a car :) Perfect for moments of rest and relaxation. Maximum capacity - 13 people New Year's Eve - min. 7 days

*House and neighborhood not affected by rain* Super well decorated single storey house with swimming pool, 2 decks, sun loungers, barbecue. There are 4 rooms (2 suites) with a/c, towels and sheets laundry cleaned. Strong wifi signal. Spacious living room with Smart TV, Sky, air conditioning and two tables for meals and games, both great for working. Kitchen with all utensils. Checkin is simple and remote. The beach, very quiet, is 90 meters from the house. Efficient and attentive hosts!
