"Le Castanier" barn

1 km from Luchon, in the heart of the small pastoral village of Montauban-de-Luchon, 76 m2 renovated "mountain spirit" all-wood barn, with 35 m2 living room open to the century-old chestnut tree and the Superbagnères mountains. The Trapper's Cabin is for anyone who has a passion for cabins and want to get away from it all in a cozy wooden house. Set in a large garden among the trees, it sleeps two people. Possibility of breakfast brioche and homemade jam €10/pers Raclette and fondue machine available. Small renovated 1930s house located in a small village of Barousse where the rooster crows, and the church bell rings every hour, 10 minutes from Saint Bertrand de Comminges, 10 minutes from the highway and 35 minutes from the ski slopes. Numerous hikes around the accommodation including the ViaGarona which passes right next to Loures Barousse. Toulouse is a 1-hour drive away and Tarbes is 45 minutes away.

Nestled between the Aure and Louron valleys, this secluded barn offers you peace and quiet while being close to Loudenvielle and Saint-Lary. Access will be on foot, on a path of about 300 meters.
