Well equiped apartment with great views of the Ocean and pool areas. Close from Plaza La Cuadra, an area with restaurants and market in the newest area of Manta. 5 minutes from Mall del Pacifico and Playa Murcielago by car. From the building one can walk in the beach. Family can enjoy pools, jacuzzi, tenis court, gym, playground.
