Beach condo holiday rentals in Barbados

We spent 4 nights here and really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect if you don’t mind 10-20 min walks there is so much to do between oistins and the st Lawrence gap! Also very close to the bus stops. The owners on site are very pleasant and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again.

Our stay at Zinnia was great. Spent alot of time at Paynes beach which we loved. Katrina’s condo matches description and most affordable. Lovely little pool and sitting area. Bikini beach had good food , nice little beach and really nice vibe.

We spent three nights at Alana’s place and loved it! The AC was much appreciated at night, and being able to walk out to the beach was great. The condos are sandwiched between one existing hotel and one being constructed which made it feel like a little hideaway. There is a Massy Store within walking distance and just across the road you can buy coconuts or other fruits. There is a bar there, too, where we bought some beer. We will definitely look for availability again for a stay on the west coast!

Paul's place is incredible. RUN don't walk to that confirm reservation button. The view is breathtakingly beautiful, the pictures do not do it enough justice. Waking up to the view and sound of the ocean just a couple of feet from the patio was amazing. Saw several turtles swimming everyday. The amenities were great, clean and organized. Very spacious and secured. Paul is very responsive, kind and helpful. There are a lot of restaurants, shops and beaches in walking distance. A short bus ride or taxi to other popular areas in either direction. I stayed 6 days and did not want to leave. I will be staying here again when I'm back. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Absolutely perfect, could not wish for any better. Wonderful apartment, even better than expected. Location through the gate on to the most perfect beach and easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very spacious for 2 people. Nicely decorated and the patio and garden was lovely. Pat who we picked the key up from was very lovely and so helpful. We have just had a wonderful time and would love to come back. It was perfect for us and nothing I would want to change - I just hope there is availability when we want to come back!

This was our first time in Barbados and this property made for a great trip. We would definitely stay there again. Great location right in the middle of all the St Lawrence Gap action and restaurants, but still felt secluded and private when on property. We were greeted at the location when we arrived and given a thorough walk through of the property as well as local recommendations. If you are looking for a place to stay on the south coast look no further!

My stay was great. Absolute ideal location whether you have a car or not because there is enough going on locally at Oistins. Every Mon, Wed & Fri, morning (6am-9am) free aerobics, aquafit & “core body” work on the beach with Philip. You can join in at anytime, Lots of fun, meet a lot of new people, it’s for anyone. Also, the usual “Fish Fry, Friday’s”. Good local food & music. There are a few other small cafe bars at Oistins as well. Terry was a great host, excellent customer service from him. He would deal with any requests/issues with immediate response and friendly manner, nothing was too much. Thank you Terry, much appreciated.

We had an absolutely amazing stay in April 2025! This place is truly a gem, featuring a beautiful pool and a private, cozy jetty beach. You can lay down on your bed and watch and smell the ocean through the floor-to-ceiling open (if you wish) window. It had everything we could possibly need — we didn’t have to ask for anything extra. One standout detail (especially for travelers who love to stay organized): there was plenty of storage space for clothes and an enormous number of hangers — truly a dream for any woman on vacation! The location is also unbeatable — right in the heart of the island, surrounded by great bars and restaurants. You don’t need to drive anywhere (but if yiu do they have free parking spot, bus and taxis just next to the place); you can just walk and enjoy everything the area has to offer. The host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and made us feel so welcome. Honestly, it’s hard to believe a place like this exists! We are so grateful for this experience!

Shameika place was exactly as listed. Clean and spacious airbnb for two people. It felt very much at home and I would stay again. It was very close to the beach which was across the street and not too far from the airport and other surrounding places. I felt very much like a local there. The supermarket and other shops were a 10 minute walk from the airbnb. The people in Barbados were kind and the neighbors. I am happy to have found this spot. Shameika was kind and responsive when we needed things from her as well. Thanks again!

If you are considering Leslee Ann's place, let this be your sign to BOOK IT. Everything from the prime location, proximity to airport, on the local bus route which we were adventurous and used often to go to Oistins (8 minute ride), and the overall beautiful, well decorated and pristine condo itself. It was like being at home. Centrally located near St. Lawrence Gap where you can find great restaurants and Dover Beach. The condo... Each room has its own AC and we needed it after a long day touring the island. The home has everything you can think of, games, cable, internet, and washer and dryer!! We had enough space to have our own individual bathrooms and dressing areas. I appreciated the space. There's a balcony off of the main bedroom which gave an extra romantic touch. The bed was so comfortable it was hard to get up!! I give it a 100/10. Leslee Ann was prompt in responding to any questions, she provided useful recommendations, an overall excellent host. We will be back here soon!

The stay at Denise's place was really great. Denise is a fantastic host and the apartment (we had one on the first floor) is super spacious, bright and has everything you need. The terrace is wonderful (you also have a rooftop terrace) and it has a nice small pool to refresh. Surfing spot Freights as well as super beautiful Miami beach and top restaurant Cafe Luna is in walking distance. Nevertheless it's good to have a car to go to Oistins town (supermarket, fish market, ....) and of course the surrounding nice beaches and locations. We will come again for sure.

We had an incredible stay! Beautiful place, better than the photos! Great pool for kids, awesome beach bar next door. Close to restaurants and the gap! Beautiful location and super clean. It had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ocean One in Barbados, and I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a seamless check-in process. I particularly enjoyed the breathtaking ocean views from the balcony, which provided a serene backdrop for my morning coffee and evening relaxation. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, ensuring that all my needs were met throughout my stay. They provided great recommendations for local attractions and dining options, which enhanced my overall experience in Barbados. Whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway or an adventurous holiday, at Ocean One is the ideal place to stay. I highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Barbados

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the views from the patio where we spent the morning drinking coffee and having breakfast. Location was close to good restaurants and the unit had plenty of space to accommodate our family of 5. The pool was a good size and perfect to take a late afternoon swim after an exploring the island (and was in the shade for the late afternoon). The location felt very secure with gated access to/from the beach, the street, and interior doors that were locked late in the evening to access the elevators. Parking spot is very narrow and was a bit tricky to navigate, but we made it work.

Our stay at Sapphire Beach ondo 305 was wonderful. The best part was sitting on the balcony watching the beautiful view! The condo was sufficient for three couples. The only complaint would be to hve more kitchen items, plates, cups, pitchers,etc. We enjoyed the location which was in walking distance to many restaurants. Cyrus is an EXCELLENT host! The home looks way better in person and it is clean and well organized. It is centrally located. As such, the convenience store, restaurants, bars, the beach etc are a short walking distance. Private taxis are readily available and all the locals are very friendly with giving directions if you do decide to go for a walk to explore. I will definitely be staying in his home again when I return to Barbados next year. Thank you so much Cyrus!

We had never visited Barbados before and we were not sure what to expect. I reached out to our host and asked for help getting from the airport to our Condo. We were a party of seven and he arranged transportation for us. There were 2 vehicles waiting for us when we exited the Airport doors. We had numerous bags that we had brought with us. The ride was reasonable, comfortable and air conditioned. Peter met us when we arrived at the Condo and answered all our questions about the home and the area. The Condo accommodated the seven of us well. The large balcony over looking the beach and the pools is amazing. We enjoyed the near by restaurant's, many to select from, in walking distance. The beach worked well for us. We rented lounge chairs on the beach every day near the beach bar. They serve low cost but great cocktails with or without alcohol. I always rent a car on vacation but this time a didn't. I never missed it. I highly recommend Peter Karl and his Condo! Pat Estep

This property was even better than listed. It had everything you ever needed, and the management + staff made it happen. From security to the beach attendants, the service was exemplary. Our chef, Autteen was an absolute legend, Queen of the French toast, our Caribbean Queen! She always had a warm smile and poured lots of love into each day’s meal. Joan kept the place looking immaculate. The location is perfect. Beach is well maintained. Would definitely come back to stay at Smugglers again. Good vibes only!
