Relax with your whole family in a unique, cosy and peaceful environment, and enjoy the wonders that only Angra Doce can offer. We have a large green space with plenty of shade and fresh water. The dam is ideal for swimming, water sports and fishing. It has a private pier for mooring boats and jets, as well as an official pool table and other attractions, and with the privilege of a breathtaking sunset. All this less than 5km from the centre of Carlópolis/PR.

New, quiet house, inside a condominium, with its own parking, 200 meters from the Chavantes dam, with ample spaces, full kitchen, swimming pool, large garden with pergola and volleyball net, barbecue area with wooden table for 12 people, covered barbecue area and horizontal freezer, view of the dam on the upper floor. Perfect for resting and enjoying the beautiful scenery of the region. A house with special care for special moments with family and friends.

House with a beach atmosphere but in the countryside, spacious and adapted for everyone, whether elderly, wheelchair users, without stairs and few ramps, the main hall unifies with the pool and barbecue area, so not even the barbecue chef is excluded from the party, in winter it also has a good usable space since the barbecue is internal, all rooms with air-conditioned suites, and a bathroom near the pool.
