We spent 8 wonderful nights at the villa. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood of town. With a beautiful view of the sea, in the evening you can watch the sunsets. There are several beaches within walking distance. To the old town 10 min walk. I recommend everyone to visit this beautiful property. Great host, told everything, gave instructions for leisure in Ulcinj. We are very happy.

We had a great stay in Kotor! The location was perfect – centrally located, with everything you might need within walking distance. The place was clean, tidy and clearly maintained with care, which immediately made it feel welcome. The host was particularly friendly and proactive, gave clear communication in advance and was always ready with tips or help when needed – without being intrusive. What really made the difference: the parking lot. Spacious, safe and easily accessible – something you don't often see so well arranged at an Airbnb in the city. In short: everything was correct. We'd love to come back here!

Kristen greeted me and made sure I was set up with all needs. The place was in a perfect location with the sea right across the street, an Aroma market nearby, and many walkable places around. Ivan accommodated me with a quick reservation and early check in. They really couldn’t have been nicer hosts. I stayed for a month with everything I needed, including a dishwasher and clothes washer, and a stovetop. I am so thankful for my stay and grateful to my hosts for everything.

I spent a wonderful 4 nights here. Wonderful location - easy walk around the bay to Kotor. The apartment was comfortable, clean and you just never tire of those views. Dusanka was extremely helpful with any questions I had. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Val and Maya were exceptional hosts - incredibly responsive and couldn’t be more helpful with organising extras including airport transfers, a driver for an excursion and boat tour…all with trusted associates at great prices. Myself and my Family felt right at home in their apartment and I’d highly recommend a stay here!

Zeljko was a great guy and made us comfortable as he can. He was nice and kind to us. Welcome gifts were brilliant, view of Kotor Bay seen from balcony and the pool was also brilliant. Unfortunately we couldn't use the pool due to weather conditions, however me and my wife will definitely come again next summer to stay more than this time.

Amazing Stay at Rosmarino Aparthotel - Highly Recommended! We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our entire stay. Nikolai shared with us all needed information about interesting places in close vasinity. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described - if not better! I especially appreciated the attention to detail that made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, close to the beach and restaurant. We had an amazing 5-day stay at this beautiful penthouse in Bečići! The apartment is modern, sparkling clean, and full of light thanks to the huge panoramic windows. We loved spending time on the spacious terrace — perfect for working, relaxing, or enjoying the sea view. The whole building is new and very well maintained, and the location is just a couple of minutes from the beach. Everything was super comfortable. The Wi-Fi was fast and stable — no issues at all. Sylwia was a great host — very responsive and helpful. She even arranged for someone to handle our temporary registration in Montenegro, which made things incredibly easy for us. The only thing we missed were a few basic essentials: there was no laundry detergent or softener, which made it hard to do laundry, and no starter supplies like coffee or tea (just leftovers from previous guests). Still, that was a minor thing — overall the experience was excellent.

Thank you Angela for being such an amazing host. This place is exactly as described if not better. Right opposite the Becici beach this place is perfect for people who are looking to stay in a safe, quiet and beautiful area. I never had to call for the taxi as you find one or two always outside the building. Angela made my stay really comfortable. She gave amazing recommendations and went above and beyond to tell us how to do the day trip around perast and kotor. All her food recommendations where very good. Thanks a lot for hosting us. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Montenegro.

Absolutely loved this place! Location was amazing as it was in the center of Budva. Walking distance to the water, restaurants, Old Town and activities. The view was spectacular! The restaurant on the bottom floor was delicious and affordable. I would stay here again if I visit Budva again!

We had such an amazing time at Zeljko's house. He is an amazing host, was very reliant and took great care of us. The house is very beautiful and quiet, with a great view and even access to a garden. We couldn't have found a better place in Montenegro.

Apartment is on the first floor so you're looking down on the beach which is great. has everything you need. housekeeper and owner both very helpful. we were allowed to leave our car in their secured parking area and use their beach towels after checkout which meant we could enjoy the sandy beach for a while longer. short driving distance to Budva and not very far from Kotor.

Absolutely amazing air bnb hosts- the best I’ve ever had. Darko and his brother were incredible helpful with suggestions of what to do, they helped us book taxis, took us on a boat tour and were incredibly friendly. The house is in the most beautiful setting. You walk out the door and immediately have a great view of the sea. I can’t thank you enough for an amazing stay and all your help whilst we were there!

A beautiful and homely space where we were able to enjoy the stunning views and close proximity to Kotor old town. Igor was an attentive and communicative host and even allowed us to check in 30 minutes before they agreed check-in time which was a massive relief after a long day of travel. I would thoroughly recommend staying at this beautiful apartment.

Very modern flat and tastefully decorated. Comfortable bed and views of the mountain, sea and town from the balcony were fabulous. Lovely to arrive and have toilet rolls, tea and some coffee already bought. Despite being on the 9th floor the lifts were very efficient. Area is quiet with lots of shops and restaurants within a 5m walk (or less).

We have a great stay at the property. The flat was amazing and the views were stunning. Marija is very responsive and helpful.
