I had the most incredible stay at this beautiful villa! From the moment we arrived, it felt like our own private paradise. The villa is stunning — spacious, tastefully decorated, and surrounded by lush greenery that makes it feel like a true escape from the outside world. One of the best parts is how private and peaceful it is. Whether you’re lounging by the pool, enjoying a meal on the patio, or just relaxing inside, it feels like you have the whole world to yourself. There’s so much to do in the villa itself — we spent our days swimming, playing games, cooking together in the fully equipped kitchen, and simply unwinding in the serene atmosphere. It’s the perfect spot for couples, families, or even a solo retreat. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax, recharge, and enjoy a luxurious, private stay with plenty of things to do right on-site. Can’t wait to come back!

We were at villa Pasirbaru for 4 days. These were wonderful, peaceful days spent relaxing in the pool and enjoying the views. Dewi is a wonderful person and her staff were extremely helpful. Stayed for two months here and didn’t disappoint at all. Erin and Angki were very responsive. The location is as described. The area was situated in a peaceful and breezy setting. It is near the playground which our kid loves very much. There is a lake and many shops within walking distance. No washing machine provided, but there are 3-4 laundry shops just nearby and can provide pickup services. A 5-star stay. Will be surely coming again.

Iqbal place was amazing. Me and my family love to stay there. Iwas very clean and tidy, every room has its own bathroom More like sanctuary, quiet and calm. We love to see sunset to over the rooftop. There's a small lake in the back And when its time to rest its very quiet, more like you are living far from the town.. quick escape plan for family to reconnect.. They have pool on second floor and also helper is very helpfull to pick up our grab food order... Thanks iqbal.

It was a good experience, right from the beginning. Always responsive and helpful, even had a staff ready to come by and help with any issue. Great location, if you want to walk to a mall, there’s Aeon mall nearby; lots of small shops in the neighborhood all within walking range. If you stay here, you’d be greeted with water bottles and some munchies, thank you! The place is clean and enjoyable. All in all, twas worth the money. Thanks, Asma. Nice place with beautiful sea beach . Vila is very neat clean and specious . Host is also very helpful Nd caring . I recommend to visit again and again .

The most worth it villa in Carita, cheap price, capacity up to 20 people, 4 bedrooms and 5 spacious bathrooms and clean water. Complete kitchen with rice cooker, refrigerator, dispenser and even showcase. Large yard with clean beach. The only minus is the road is a bit far from the main road and muddy rocks. The best part is the expensive view and the exclusivity of the area because there are no neighbors so it can be free to be noisy all night long. Maybe I will come again someday.

The place was nice, it was in a cluster housing complex, but we felt very private and at home with our place. The staffs and security are super friendly, there are accessible markets near the place, and facilities was superb. Would recommend

The place is very near from ICE BSD, you can just walk. This is a good place to stay, everything is clean. Feel like stay in home. Host very responsive.

We spent a delightful five nights at the villa in early July 2022. The location is idyllic and perfect for relaxation. The upstairs covered verandah is ideal for ocean-side yoga sessions, especially at sunrise. While I am 80 and my wife is 71 - we found no physical limitations and were able to enjoy a marvelously peaceful visit. Essentially the only sounds are those made by the waves landing on the beach below. Martin and his wife took care of us admirably and the Alfamart across the street was convenient for restocking provisions. We will definitely be back in the future.

Had a good time staying here. The place was very homey, just like what the previous reviews mentioned. Bu Ninik was very helpful and the food is nice. The house was cleaned daily, and it was very convenient because there are lots of amenities and facilities that can be used. The place is big enough and we LOVE the comfy sofa! :) Pretty walkable to the main road (although quite uphill--but it was ok). Had some difficulties accessing the wifi but the Host was responded fast and gave us solutions.

Exactly looks like the picture..clean and spacious...the host very responsive almost all the time and provide almost everything we need...thank you its a wonderful experience to stay here
