Holiday houses in Bansong-dong

We had a great stay! The location was perfect—tucked in a quiet area but just steps away from tons of great restaurants and cafes. While the property is on a steep hill, the host thoughtfully shared alternative routes ahead of time that were much easier to manage, which we really appreciated. The space itself was comfortable, and the host was incredibly communicative, with clear instructions throughout. They also went out of their way to accommodate us by helping with luggage storage after checkout.

Great place to stay for an extended period of time. The home was clean, appliances worked well, and the bed was comfortable. Other amenities in the home were great to have and the gym downstairs was a nice perk. Walkable food options and a quick walk to bus stations that will get you anywhere you need to go. Only downside is that you need to take a bus to any metro station.

I had a good stay at 솔라's place. It was in Gangnam, where trains, buses, restaurants, and convenience stores were all nearby within a short walking distance. 솔라 was really proactive, and when I inquired about a clothing/steam iron, she had one delivered the next day to the house. For a group of 3, the apartment was enough. However, with luggage, it could feel a little cramped, but we were still able to have a good stay. The unit does not have an elevator, so if you're someone with mobility issues or you're carrying a lot of luggage that's difficult to bring upstairs, keep that in mind. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, the beds were nice, and there was a washer in the unit for those planning to stay long term. Thank you, 솔라 for being a great host!

Exactly as pictured. Comfortable stay in a central location, very close to Gangnam station. Check in was seamless thanks to clear communication. Multiple convenience stores and food options right in front. Check out was seamless and you don’t have to stress about throwing out garbage and recycling before leaving.

It was great for the price, and the location was very convenient. The host was also very quick to respond.

Stayed here for 3 weeks and it was great. Felt like my own home. Very quiet, away from the noise but close enough to walk to the base or to the main ville where everything is. Highly recommend if you’re staying near Humphreys.

Shin’s Airbnb was a great place for us to stay during spring of 2025. We are from Chicago U.S. traveling to experience springtime in Seoul. Shin’s place was in a nice neighborhood and home was very clean, good flow of interior space. We also took the subway or buses for our main transportation during the stay. The subway station, restaurants and grocery stores are all short 5 to 10 min. walking distance from Shin’s place. Above all, Shin was personable and quick to respond to our questions. We highly recommend the place.
