Great location! Around the corner of Plaza Flores with some nice restaurants. Across the street is a nice local coffee bar. The river, the shopping street, the Real Casino (a must see), the cathedral, everything is closeby. There is also a nice market around the corner. The apartment is really quiet and we loved the details of the decoration! I would recommend this appartment.

The apartment was very clean, modern, and well equipped for a long stay. It had two double beds and both were very comfortable. A very nice park was located across the street, which was great for relaxing and would be good for guests with children. The view of the park from the apartment was nice, and quiet. Having a full grocery store on the ground floor was very convenient. Also, it is only a 5 minute walk to the regional bus station (very convenient!) and within easy walking distance (1-2km) of the cathedral, market, restaurants, bars and other key sites. 100% recommend!

This is the loveliest apartment I have ever stayed in, the outside area is beautiful and the views are out of this world. Laura was a fantastic host, very quick to respond and very helpful. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed, very well equipped and the linen was spotless. Every detail had been considered and we felt very much at home. We didn’t want to leave! I would recommend hiring a car to enhance your stay, plenty of parking space available.

recently had the pleasure of staying at Daniel’s Airbnb in Spain, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! This place truly feels like a resort getaway. There are numerous pools scattered throughout the properties, providing plenty of options for relaxation and fun in the sun; I often felt like I didn’t need to leave the premises at all. What really enhanced my experience were the amazing restaurants just a short walk away, the variety was fantastic, making it easy to enjoy delicious meals without the hassle of driving. Overall, Daniel’s Airbnb is a perfect spot for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Spain, all while having top-notch amenities and convenient dining options at your doorstep. Five stars all the way!

lovely apartment on the beach front with good facilities

Our stay could not have been more pleasant! The apartment was modern, spacious, even better than depicted in the listing's photographs, and was perfectly located around the corner from some of Murcia's most well-known attractions. Host communication was prompt, comprehensive, and very helpful. Highly recommended!

A quiet, comfortable place with excellent views, where you can rest and unwind.

We arrived to find the apartment was exactly as we had expected from the description. Well furnished and equipped with a Spanish feel and absolutely amazing sea views, the impact of which hit you immediately you enter. The apartment had everything we needed, including bikes which are kept in a separate locked room on the ground floor. Access to the beach and Bar/Cafes was a three minute walk away and there were many restaurants within 10 minutes walk. We highly recommend this property. We loved it so much we asked if we could stay an extra week and happily we were able to do so. I have no complaints at all and any questions that cropped up during our stay were handled by the host immediately and efficiently.

It's been a very rewarding experience. It's a highly recommended place.

Amazing scandi place with a terrace and modern amenities, superb location, bed and pillows are super comfortable - we slept with the windows open - so peaceful and cool natural air from the outside, shower is great and high bathroom vanity/sink perfect for someone tall. There is an elevator in the building but still need to take about 17 steps to the unit which was not an issue even with heavy luggage since the steps are wide with comfortable rise. We will definitely stay here again.

As the last time I was everything correct Antoni attentive to everything, apartment close to where I had to go, a total comfort as if I were staying at home.

We had a very enjoyable stay! The accommodation is clean, well equipped and offers everything you need for relaxing days. The location is quiet and ideal for switching off – but it is recommended to arrive with a rental car, as this makes you much more flexible. The host was very friendly and easily accessible. Unfortunately, the pool was closed during our stay due to repairs, which was a bit of a shame – but we were informed in advance, which we found very fair. As soon as the pool is usable again, that's definitely an even bigger plus! Overall, we can recommend the accommodation and would like to come back.

Had a fantastic stay at this apartment. We have stayed at Sea Senses in various apartments and this one with the roof terrace was by far the best. The jacuzzi was a real bonus with great views of the complex and coast. We will definitely book again.

The photos and the description matched, the beach was very close and easy to walk to, we went by car because we had 2 kids, but the parking at the house made everything more comfortable. There was everything and much more to enjoy the pools and the beach, ideal for families! Rest guaranteed!

Very nice accommodation that has everything you need for a holiday, barbecue, jacuzzi, pool and well-equipped kitchen! The disadvantage of the area is that it is hilly and the walking distance to the beach is perhaps closer to 20 min.

Fermin was a fantastic host. His communication was excellent right from booking through to when we were there. The views from the apartment are absolutely stunning . We spent a lot of time outside watching the sea and the world go by. The only two of us stayed but six people could easily spend time in this apartment. It had everything you needed and more.

Everything is as you expect it, the only minus point are cameras in the living room. Outside of that to be completely satisfied with everything. Very nice location with very nice views from various places. Highly recommended!
