There is a security deposit of 12,000 THB for staying at the villa, 2 units of electricity are complimentary at the villa and 240 THB per additional unit (one unit of electricity in the community is equivalent to 40 units of ordinary electricity). Surin Beach is a 7 minute walk and close by are the famous beach clubs like Catch Beach Club, Lazy Coconut, The Beach, Cafe del Mar and top restaurants Kaleido, Suay Cherng Talay, Catch, Little Paris, Carpe Diem.
