location is amazing the only downfall is you cannot check in until 3:00 p.m. and must check out by 12:00 apart from that this home was beautiful the hosts were amazing

Im Ganzen war es eine sehr schöne Villa, das einzige, was uns allen gestört hat. Wir waren neun Personen waren die Betten, sehr, sehr hart! Sonst hat alles gestimmt, was auch auf dem Fotos war, was etwas schwierig für Europäer ist, das alles auf Chinesisch eingestellt ist.

I had a fantastic stay at Aura Villa in Pattaya! The place was clean, stylish, and perfect for relaxing, especially with the private pool. Tracy was a wonderful host: friendly, very responsive, and made everything super easy. The location was peaceful yet close to everything I needed. Bonus: two adorable visitor cats, a Siamese and an all-black one, who made the stay even more charming. Highly recommend and would love to stay again! Thank you, Tracy.

가격 대비 합리적인 숙소입니다. 숙소 규모가 컸고 수영장은 가족이 놀기 좋았습니다. 숙소를 관리하는 매니저가 너무나 친절하였습니다. 공간을 깨끗하게 관리하고 빨래 도움을 주었습니다. 많은 수건을 지원해 주셨습니다. 너무나 감사했습니다. 찾아가실때 구글 내비게이션을 이용하면 오류가 있습니다. 크게 도로를 돌아 이동해서 숙소로 가셔야 합니다. 로드뷰를 미리 확인 하세요. 주변에 빌라 단지 공사가 있어 약간의 소음이 있습니다. 호스트의 친절에 감사드립니다.

Special thanks to Minnie for her timely assistance — she was incredibly helpful, responsive. The ocean view from the villa is absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying a morning coffee while overlooking the water was a highlight of our trip. The peaceful ambiance helped us fully relax and recharge. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and are already looking forward to returning. Nice large villa in a decent location - it's hard to find any truly walkable to walking street. Everything is pretty spelled out in advance. The cash deposit and threats of fines and charging for electricity certainly made me uneasy and almost unwilling to take the risk, but I imagine crazy parties and damages are likely common in Pattaya and they also rent outside Airbnb so I somewhat understand. The electricity is the only part I find distasteful but to some degree I get it though expect to pay €200 a week extra for moderate use which seems excessive. All in all - still a great stay and they weren't overbearing or excessive with any fees and treated me fairly. Would stay again.

Leo's place is just awesome just like pictures even more beautiful villa. He's so supportive and responsive. Rooms & toilets are very much clean as shown in the pictures. Overall very good stay and I will come again.

Overall nice and fully equipped house, exactly as on the pictures, suitable for a long stay. Roland is welcoming and easy going host, it was nice to deal with him. Only downside i could mention is a neighbor who is running a streetracers workshop or something like that, it was disturbing when they were having a parties etc. Of course it has nothing to do with a house or the owner. We would stay again.

A great place for gathering and stay which you will never get bored even just hanging in the house. Pool, bbq rack, full kitchen, big dining table, billiard, KTV room and plenty of room to stay in. Host is kind, helpful and responsive.

Very nice villa situated in the View Talay complex, which is secure access so it feels safe to be the staying there. Polly was very kind and helpful throughout our stay, attending to any queries that we had. The villa itself is very private and spacious with a lovely pool that I spent loads of time in. The beds are big and very comfortable, which is a big plus for me. Jomtien Beach is only a 15 minute walk away and there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops on the way. I highly recommend a stay here 😊

Super great house for family vacation. Had a blast with mine at Villa Sabai. Very clean and just like the photos. 100% recommend and there’s return for us 😁
