I am from China and am very happy to stay in Dunna's garden homestay. The host is super nice and the kitchen is clean. We cooked and dined together. Dunna also accompanied me to pick up the children from school. We had a lovely time and we became family. The room is clean, there are frogs and snails in the garden, there are all kinds of vegetables, Dunn is a clean, tidy, kind, friendly person, there are Amy and Lili, Lili is timid, Amy has become a good friend of mine, I will miss you three, I highly recommend everyone to come to Dunn's Garden Homestay.

A fantastic stopover in a nice traditional back street in the old town. The accommodation was exactly as described: a perfect hideaway from the chaotic bustling city. Alice looked after my booking and all subsequent communication and she was superb. Always replying in minutes, and forthcoming with some superb local food outlets. Everyone made me feel incredibly welcome and I hope to return someday!

Jenny is a lovely host. She provided welcome fruits and breakfast for everyday. She allowed us to checkin early and very kind to our family. And very responsive. The house is spacious, spotless and has everything essential things we need. Situated in a peaceful location connecting to the airport but not far from the central area either. Has stairs and informed us well. For guests visiting, please be mindful of map directions in Bangkok … thanks, Jenny stepping in to assist.

The house was gorgeous, peaceful, and well-situated. My family enjoyed hanging out together around the living room. the neighborhood was great, with tons of local street food. If you like non-touristy, yet accessible areas, come here.

This place definitely deserves 5 stars! From my booking until leaving everything went smoothly and perfect. The communication is top, the room is super clean and comfortable & the location is very nice. I highly recommend staying here :)

The swimming pool is not working due to the earthquake, the employees are cool, the hostess is helpful, the flat is good and clean. The location is a bit inconvenient, but close to mall

Good, clean accomodation, helpful staff at the building and Chatchatpol was always available for any other queries. The location is central and there are a number of good options for wining and dining in walking distance.

I highly recommend this place and absolutely will be back. The host was very helpful and fast to respond! Best host ever! The place looks exactly like in the photos with great view of Bangkok. This was a great place; I had a great time here. The apartment was amazing; cozy, clean, and quiet. I was in a great location; near a mall, public transportation, and plenty of places to eat. I recommend this place to anyone. The host was very helpful and friendly.

Apartment was clean and as described. Bed was extremely comfortable. Host was very quick to respond to messages. Needed to extend my stay and although the apartment I was in was booked, the host had another one available and easily accommodated my request. Would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful stay! The house was clean and tidy — spacious, yet it truly felt like home. It’s located in a vibrant neighborhood, full of life during the day, but peaceful and quiet at night. Kan was incredibly friendly and did an excellent job as a host. I only wish we had more time to live here. My family and I had a lovely week.

My stay at Attaporn’s apartment was wonderful from start to finish. The space was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed—perfect for a relaxing end to my Thailand trip. The location was convenient for exploring the city, yet the apartment itself felt peaceful. Attaporn was an exceptional host, warm and welcoming, with clear communication and helpful tips. Modern building with a unique style. Fast elevators and active security. Great view of the city. Multiple restaurants and a 7/11 less than 50 meters away.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Jun's place. The building itself is well maintained and very easy to order grabfood. The unit is very new, clean and they have provided almost everything we need. They even have extra curtain for us to put on as it could be quite bright in the morning. Peaceful location.

Stella was easily the best Airbnb host I have ever had. She was extremely responsive and quick to help out with any recommendations. Her place was absolutely stunning, exactly as described in the listing. Check in instructions were extremely easy to follow with information she provided. I am so thankful that I was able to stay at her place and highly recommend any guest stay there.

Very nice place it was clean and had good instructions on how to check in, was a little far from everything and kind of secluded but that was on are part for not doing are research, everything in the area including bts was a bit of a walk or drive. But is a nice area and a peaceful place.

The place is at the end of Sukhumvit Soi 13, which is a ten minutes walk to the main road or just a quick motorbike ride. If you exit on the backside of the building you can easily access the boats which run on the klong (small canals in Bangkok). You can reach Pratunam and Central World this way in 5-7 minutes and even the boat goes to Ramkhamhaeng Airport Link station which is really good too. The place itself was really clean and since it's the end of the soi, it's also far away enough from Soi 11 noise and traffic. The gym is good for a small workout and the pool area is really nice. (Sign says it's 1,8m deep but it's 1,4m at most). Security is a bit over the top for my taste. I wouldn't mind a swim in the pool or a chillout on the sunbed without all those cameras and also I don't need a camera watching me while I workout. There is a guy sitting at the building's entrance, so he always knows exactly who is coming and he loves to take pictures of ID cards.
