The tiny house is 10 minutes on foot and 1 minute by car from the beach. It is 2.5 km from the center of Erdek and is located at the back of the Çuğra coast where the hotels are located.

Yerden ısıtma var, ısınma sorunu yok.temiz havlu ve tuvalet kağıdı hazır. Çarşafları ben özenle yıkıyorum. Bir sorun olursa hemen bana yazın, hızlıca çözerim. A pleasant holiday on Marmara Island

Our place is in a bay with a separate beach outside the center. It is a private house blended with art and garden pleasure. This apartment was the workshop of my late father-in-law, Painter Prof. Mustafa Asler's workshop. The apartment also exhibits his works and tools.
