House holiday rentals in Bandar Penawar

Firstly, thank you Allen for being super responsive! Everything from checking in and checking out of the premise was fuss free. Hosts were super detailed in their manual. My kids (1.5yo & 5yo) enjoyed the slide and pool so much. Every bathroom has toilet seat & kids urinal, so it was really convenient. Point to note: it is a little steep turning into the house. Cars that are lowered with lip cannot enter, however can park outside the gate no issues. Highly recommend families with young kids to come stay here! With elderlies also ok, there is a bedroom on the first floor.

Everything was great. Except for some loose faucets and leaking hoses... swimming pool could be better protected from the outside elements and dated when last change of water and cleaned. Overall my family was happy with the accommodation..

I really enjoyed my stay! The residence was lovely—despite being a one-bedroom unit, it had two spacious bathrooms, and both the room and toilets were surprisingly large. There’s a pool for adults and a separate one for children, which is great for families. The best part is that it’s just a short walking distance to the beach. Parking was easy, and the location is perfect—close to the beach but still only 10–15 minutes from nearest town.

Our group of 6 adults and 4 kids did a 3d2n stay. House was spacious, clean and cosy for our group size. Host was responsive throughout our stay. Overall we had a pleasant time. Pros 1. Cosy layout, house is clean and neat with well supplied pantry 2. Lots of activities (board games, polaroid & pool) for kids and adults 3. Thoughtful in most aspects (prepared party packs for kids, pool toys provided, Hair dryers and dustbins were provided in each rooms, supplied fruits for guest) 4. Check in/out was a breeze. Premise was well guarded. Checking in at the guard post requires a photo ID and mobile number. 5. Front porch can also comfortably fit 2 car 6. Host admin was helpful, responsive and contactable Areas for improvement: 1. Aircon and fan can be slightly noisy 2. Walls are quite thin (could hear neighbour doing renovation close to midnight) 3. Anti-slip measures can be better (prone to fall near the pool and toilet) 4. Sights of household pests, but host was quick to respon

Had a great stay with my family. Location was good as it was about 10 minutes drive to the Adventure Waterpark and restaurants. Yuki was very friendly and helpful!

The environment is very good, very clean and tidy. The hosts were very nice and accommodating to all our requests. My friends and I were very happy with everything.

Matched the photo and the place, it was a very quite and peacefull neighbourhood for a little getaway.

The location was great, and the house was clean and spacious. There were also some eateries nearby, which was convenient. The only downside was a leaking kitchen pipe, but I was able to turn it off. I also felt there were a few too many reminders about the check-out time. Still, it was a good stay. 5 stars!

PROS: Great place for a family(mine had 6 pple). Close to main attractions(by car) in Desaru. Place was clean and nice to be in. Aircon and appliances worked great. Shops and restaurants are very nearby(5mins by car). Lovely place and great host. Very communicative and welcoming. CONS: Kitchen not the cleanest but usable. All necessary utensils available. There was no water filter to top up water but water boiler made it possible to still drink tap water. 3 toilets for 4 rooms. One toilet is shared by 2 rooms. Just to take note of. Bed quite hard, had back pain after sleep. OVERALL: very lovely place. Minor cons very very good place for the price and location.

As a host, Arni is really helpful and attentive. It is easy to contact her. She gave us a list of suggestion on places to eat and it was really worth it. As for the house itself, it is a value for money. As we are most of the time outside exploring desaru, we only want a place to sleep and rest. Her place fulfill this with all basic needs and amenities.

Great host was very helpful to my queries. Overall, a pleasant home to stay in as it was near most of the recommended desaru places and there were numerous entertainment (karaoke, jenga, uno etc.). Once again, thank you to the hospitable host who was accommodating to our checkout time!

Great place to stay at for vacation. Less than 10 minutes drive to restaurants and beach. Host was super responsive and friendly, house was clean and comfortable.

Staying at Chia Jun’s place was overall a great experience. Location is near to the beach. Just a 10 mins drive. Location is safe and there is a 99 Speedmart just below 5mins drive from premise. Host was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended 👍🏼

My friends and I had a wonderful stay in a beautiful house. We would love to extend our stay, but we have other plans. We encountered a couple of roaches during our time, which might be due to the area rather than the cleanliness of the house. Anyway, a 5-star for me!
