Beachfront holiday rental in Bandabou

Our stay in Laura's place was amazing. Wondeful home, great amenities. We enjoyed the pool and of course our private entrance to the sea. Laura gave us great tips on where to eat and which local nature spots we needed to visit. Overall a great experience!

Excelente lugar, muy cómodo, el deck y la playa privada fueron muy útiles para tomarse unos mates a la mañana y organizar el día. La cocina muy completa y funcionaba todo. Sin dudas volvería mil veces. Las cosas que pregunté, me respondieron al instante. Recomendable 100%

This place is a gem and real joy to stay in! The house was beautiful and location was wonderful. Communication from before booking upon until departure was top notch and made for a stress free stay. Would definitely stay here or Marcels other properties again!

Miramar was like a little slice of heaven!!!! The views were awesome, with several verandas to soak it all in. It was nice having our own little beach and restaurants next door, plus lots to do a mere car ride away. Also, many reviews reported the lack of a grocery store in the area. We found the New California Market more than met our needs and was a 24 minute drive. Go ahead, hit the reserve button, for you will miss an awesome vacation retreat if you wait!!

The place was great! Everything was clean and matched the pictures! The only thing was, its close to a busy road and there were a lot of loud cars on the weekend but otherwise it was very close to Jan Thiel beach and not far from everything else! Being on the bay, the breeze felt amazing with the doors open and the air conditioning was nice to help sleep. The recommendations were helpful when choosing a place to eat. Thank you!

En el apartamento todo excelente. Dormitorios amplios con su baño y aire acondicionado. Cocina con todo lo necesario. Al frente del edificio hay una bonita playa en la que se pueden ver gran variedad de peces y corales. Igual muy cerca hay dos restaurantes bastante buenos. Se puede llegar caminando. Lo que no hay son supermercados. El más cercano, en Papagallo, está a varios kilómetros, a menos que te guste caminar. El carro es necesario. Playa Kokoma está cerca. Muy bonita. La silla cuesta $6.00. Parqueo gratis. Igual cerca esta Directors Bay. No se paga. poco nombrada pero está linda para hacer snorkel. La pasamos muy bien.

A Suzy é uma host magnífica. Muito simpática. Indicou-nos logo tudo o que era preciso . A casa é muito bonita e muito bem equipada. Está também muito bem decorada. Lugar muito calmo e pacífico . A localização fica numa área residencial pelo que se deve obrigatoriamente recorrer ao carro. A questão de pagar electricidade é um pouco estranha, e penso que o valor de 0,70 dólares é um pouco alto... embora isso esteja descrito no anúncio.

Where do I start? This place was absolutely fantastic! Clark’s father, Marco, was truly heaven sent—he went above and beyond by providing transportation to and from our Airbnb. The place itself was clean, private, and wonderfully quiet. My guest and I chose to rent a car, and it was definitely the best decision for getting around easily. On the last day of my birthday trip, we unfortunately got a flat tire, but Marco came to our rescue, helping us change it and making sure we got back to the Airbnb safely. He’s an amazing human being who also gave us great local recommendations. Overall, I highly recommend this place and the incredible hospitality.

Spacious unit, gorgeous view, fully equipped, and plenty of storage for clothes. The kitchen in particular was much more complete than any rentals we have stayed in previously. It came with a cooler, beach towels and she even went out to get us fold-able beach chairs for beach hopping. It is situated in the Blue Bay resort which has free lounges at the beach, a pool, golfing, tennis, and restaurants. Monique went out of her way to make sure all of our needs were met. We would definitely return again.

We spent four nights here with our two children, ages 7 and 12, and had a wonderful stay. They especially loved the swimming pool and snorkeling at Blue Bay Beach. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and even larger than it appears in the photos. The decor is tasteful, and the view is beautiful. We felt very safe in the neighborhood, and there was a supermarket conveniently nearby. Gina, the host, was warm and welcoming. We really appreciated the late check-out and all her great recommendations for dining and activities. The only downside was that the internet was slow and coverage a bit spotty. Overall, it’s a very family-friendly area, and we would definitely recommend it for families.

Wij hebben de villa 2 weken (april 2025)gehuurd van Stephany en alles was goed geregeld. Communicatie met Stephany en Angela(host) was van het begin tot het einde zeer goed. Villa is van alle gemakken voorzien en bezit alles wat je maar nodig hebt voor een geweldig verblijf. Het privé zwembad is de kers op de taart, zowel in de ochtend als in de avond heerlijk afkoelen. Al met al hebben we genoten van de villa en van het eiland. Stephany en Angela bedankt voor de service en succes met jullie nieuwe uitdaging. Groet, Marco

Lissa's place is better than the listing. Situated in private, gated (not AI) Marazul Resort in Westpunt [NW end of island] with step down and/or jump access from both ends of resort directly into the sea for swimming, diving, snorkeling & spectacular sea views from first + second floors of Airbnb. Approx 48 min drive to Willemstad; helpful to provide Marazul name for car rental. Lissa's place is comfortable with everything needed on an island PLUS. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pans, utensils, basic spices. Unexpected additions: cooler, beach chairs, beach towels were extremely helpful & eliminated addtl expenses of items we've purchased other locations and left. Stock up at Centrum Market for groceries on way to Marazul, otherwise limited to roadside minimarkets. This is THE perfect location if you're looking to explore best beaches for snorkeling and/or diving. Google maps is a must! For a great snorkeling experience, find Captain Goodlife at Playa Santa Cruz. Masha Danki!!

I was blown away by our whole experience! Before our trip we had a very responsive host explaining things about the amenities and how to get to the location plus some local tips. On arrival at the resort, we were met by a very friendly young man that drove us to the exact appartement. He explained everything about the spotless appartement and gave us some local tips. Those guides are also present in a booklet at the location. We were treated to a nice bottle of white wine! Appartement is all you can wish for, i am not kidding. Its like a 20m walk from the pool, 50m from the ocean! Theres lizards and Iguana around and overal the garden is very well maintained. The buildings and beach have a very exclusive feel to them, certainly compared to other touristy beaches like Mambo. There are some nights with music on the beach which makes you really feel like you are on a tropical island without a worry on your mind. Music stops at 10 , there are no loud youngsters partying or anything.

I really enjoyed my stay at this listing. The place was bigger than I had originally anticipated which was great! It was super clean and had great views! Shore Management did a great job with their instructions and were very quick to respond. I would definitely recommend staying at this location or their other listings! Thank you Shore Management for making my stay easy and enjoyable.

This apartment was so amazing. It was modern, clean and had everything you need…. Plus a hundred other things you didn’t even know you needed (shopping bags, pool noodles, coolers and ice packs, snorkel, water shoes, bug spray - there’s so many thoughtful inclusions that I can’t name them all). Upon check-in we received full videos on how to operate everything (first time I have ever received this and it was extremely helpful). Having two bathrooms in one apartment was such a nice bonus. Beautiful master walk-in closet (I wish I stayed long enough to actually use it!). The balcony was the biggest balcony I have ever seen. There was a full dining table, two lounge chairs and still a ton of leftover outdoor space. I will 100% stay here if I ever return.

Villa Hammaka exceeded our expectations. We chose this location for our Honeymoon. We were warmly greeted at the airport and taken to the home. On the way she shared many recommendations which we appreciated. We rented her car and boat, both in great condition. The home was very private and peaceful. You did need a car to get around. We loved the grilling area and enjoyed this several nights. The AC in the room was very cold in the evening, and the hot water was almost instant! Sink water is also safe to drink on this island! The bay area was also swimmable and very nice after a long day. We highly recommend this location, host, and home.

We were so pleased with our stay at Krishna’s airbnb! The location was conveniently located to restaurants and Jan Thiel beach, the accommodations were pleasant, the bay was beautiful, Luna the cat was precious, and Krishna was so kind and accommodating. I highly recommend this airbnb, you won’t be disappointed! I think this has been stated before- but a car is absolutely necessary (which Krishna even gave a great car rental recommendation too!) Krishna went above and beyond as our host and even acquired a sun tent for us when I asked if she happened to have one for the beach. We just loved our stay and are already dreaming of coming back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa 200. The house was even better than we could have imagined. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and the indoor space was perfect. We spent most of our days out touring and then outside enjoying one of the two beautiful outdoor living spaces. The bet part about this villa/location was the sunsets - they were the best I have seen from any vacation property! We spent every evening watching from the oceanside patio. The house is very well stocked with everything you need to get your vacation started. Communication from the day we booked to the day we departed was fantastic. We had all of our questions answered very quickly before and during our stay. We highly recommend this villa for your vacation getaway.

Piet est un hôte formidable, très accueillant et discret, il nous a bien guidé sur les choses à faire autour. L’appartement est spacieux, conforme aux photos et bien équipé. La terrasse extérieure est très agréable et plutôt privée. La piscine est belle et la vue sur la mer omniprésente. Nous avons fait du snorkeling à partir de la propriété (l’échelle demande un peu d’habileté). Nous avons loué une voiture et exploré l’île avec une ou deux plages différentes par jour. Vraiment un beau voyage! Nous avions été avisé du supplément pour l’électricité, malgré une consommation modérée, petite surprise pour des québécois habitués à l’électricité abondante! Mais ça reste un bon rapport qualité prix!

El departamento es hermoso, la vista lo es todo, realmente estuvimos poco dentro del departamento porque esta terraza es para aprovechar , la cocina muy bien equipada, fabuloso que tenga heladera con freezer, las camas muy cómodas

Wij hebben twee weken mogen genieten van het appartement samen met onze dochter van 3 jaar en vrienden van ons samen met hun zoontje van 2 jaar. Dit was qua slaapplekken prima te doen doormiddel van het aanwezige slaapbankje en het ledikantje dat was geplaatst. De instructies en communicatie zijn goed. Het appartement is leuk ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het is heel fijn dat elke slaapkamer een eigen aangrenzende badkamer heeft. Naast het appartement heb je een heerlijk strand en je mag ook gebruikmaken van het zwembad. De eerste week dat we er waren hadden we telkens een privé strand/zwembad omdat het rustig was. Het terrein is beveiligd en geeft een fijn gevoel, de aanwezige beveiligers zijn vriendelijk. Het appartement ligt wel wat verder maar alsnog zijn er leuke restaurantjes aanwezig op loopafstand. Op Curaçao is een auto sowieso een must. Ik was in eerste instantie wel bang voor het stroomgebruik maar dit zijn we niet overschreden. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

If you are reading reviews, just stop and book this place for your stay. The location is amazing (less than 5 min walk from your bed to your beach chair). Parking is easy and the location is great. You will love having your coffee in the morning on the spacious balcony while watching the flamingos in the pond. The a/c in the bedrooms are perfect and fans all around provide perfect comfort. Thanks for a great stay!
