Owner allows us to have early check in since we reached early and do prepare mahjong upon request! Check in and check out are hassle free. House is clean and walking distance to supermarket and restaurants.

Fantastic place! Short distance from Jonker Street and many eateries nearby! House was well-fitted with various entertainment which we really enjoyed!

Lily’s house is very clean. On the first day, she showed us around her house to make us comfortable. Everything in her house is carefully thought through, it makes us feel like home.

I wanted to share with you my recent experience staying at Felicia's place. It was nothing short of fantastic. The 4 nights we spent there were truly wonderful, especially considering the 7 adults and 2 kids in our group. Everything was going smoothly until the unexpected happened on our last night - a water shortage. This left us in a bit of a predicament without water for showering. However, Felicia and her husband's quick response and thoughtfulness impressed us all. The next morning, they went above and beyond by bringing over 3 large buckets of water for all of us to use. Their kindness and hospitality in resolving the situation swiftly made a lasting impression on us. Despite the minor inconvenience, our overall stay at Felicia's place was truly enjoyable and memorable. I just wanted to share this with you and express my gratitude for such a wonderful host.

We had a wonderful stay at this residence. The house was impeccably clean, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The presence of a Coway machine was an added benefit; however, we brought our own kettle for hot water. Additionally, Carren provided us with convenient 3-in-1 coffee and Milo packets. From the lower level to the upper floors, the cleanliness of the premises was remarkable., REALLY RECOMMENDED

everything was beyond expectations except for the pool. the pool was rather too clean that we get skin rash and itch all over our body. nevertheless the check in was smooth and host very accommodating with the check in and check out timing...we were happy to stay here and will return again!! Very easy location for jonker street, home is the same as in the picture given, also superb clean. Very responsive host who guided us on the whole of staycation. One point to improve maybe can place an aircond in the hall or change the fan in the hall, as that was abit slow. Otherwise superb one ! Thank you

Sangat Cantik

A very good stay and exactly as advertised. Malacca is a beautiful town and this place allows you to absorb all the views of the city. There are couple of convenience stores downstairs, security is good and there is a nice cafe across the road to dine in. The main city area is a 15 min drive away and if you are taking a taxi, I suggest you plan a bit in advance as it might take 15-30 mins to find a Grab. The living room has a comfortable couch and the kitchen has a few mugs and plates. A sauce pan would be a welcome addition. Washrooms are provided with a body and hair wash. The observation deck on the 13th floor offers some views as well. Overall, a wonderful stay.

Very responsive host. The snacks and beverages are provided with a cost which we think was a great idea although we did not consume any as we will too full from CNY dinners. On other days we will definitely have it while watching tv.

Cozy and felt just like home. The thoughtful gesture of providing a toothbrush set in every toilet really shows that Grace prioritizes hospitality above all. I would definitely recommend this place to others!

The place is spacious enough for us four. 2 adults and 2 kids. My kid loves the bathtub the most. I like the bath tub is located at the living hall since i can monitor my kids. The pool also enjoyable for kids. The host is professional and provided clear instructions.

Very clean unit. My kids enjoy the Nintendo games very much. Friendly and responsive host.
