Villa holiday rentals in Ban Waen

This is a wonderful house , the host is super nice and always helpful. We stay more than one month for Chinese New year , the house location good it is in nice village . The room are very bright and big . Everything is great. Strongly recommend for family long stay .

All checks are met, Naddhawud was super communicative and sent us many helpful local recommendations. The host was super velcoming and the place was exactly how described and in photos. Area is super chill and quiet, very nice stay.

An absolute steal deal and a wonderful place along with an amazing host. We were travelling with an infant and the house was spacious enough to accomodate all 7 of us, including the baby. The quaint chirping of birds to wake up to, spick and span house when we entered and everything was exactly as described. No hidden surprises that could cause a holiday to go bad. The host was proactive with clear instructions and was always available and responsive when we needed anything answered. The location is just perfect, nestled between temples, night markets a plenty and good gentry around due to Marriot, Movenpick, Intercontinental just a stones throw away. I really wish this place had a pool and it would be like a 5 star listing for sure. Looking to revisit soon. Just loved the hospitality and the overall experience. The environment is very green, the place is large and quiet, a good place to recuperate, the owner and housekeeper are very friendly, there is a cleaning lady who comes to clean every day, it feels like home.

Great location with a private pool. We really enjoyed the space and central location, it meant we could walk most places and return for short breaks to cool off in the pool before heading out again. All bedrooms had an ensuite and were spacious. A great option for groups travelling together

It is fantastic to have free pick-up and drop off from the airport to villa. Also, we felt relax to enjoy an onsite chef made breakfast which were different every day. Pan allowed us to have western style, Pad Thai and meat ball soup noodles during our stay. The fruit and yogurt were great too! We had a good holidays in the villa.

We had a lovely time in this neighborhood of Chiang Mai! easily accessible in Grab, in the center but not too much and with a nice street life. A nice place nearby for delicious breakfasts. the accommodation was well organized clean, and upon arrival, water and small snacks were offered to us! Really, I recommend it!

The Yenghwa home was very well equip for longer stays. Spacious kitchen, well stocked toiletries, indoor and outdoor toys for the children, and three bicycles. It is in a safe and peaceful gated community and has a walking space and small children's park next to it. The home itself is located at the end of a quiet street and looks just like everything in the description photos. The host Yeng was always available and helpful with any questions. We felt right at home and would definitely recommend if you are looking for a peaceful home in the Hang Dong area! Note: It isn't far from the airport, but there are no airplanes flying over and you won't hear them at all.

Such a beautiful and peaceful place. Naphat and her team went above and beyond- finding me massages, providing babysitting services, cooking tasty meals even getting me medicine when I got sick (respiratory bug caught on plane) . Highly recommend

Our whole family really like and enjoy the experience staying at Jane’s place. The villa is beautiful, clean and organized. Different than those modernized villas, the place has a mix of Thai, Chinese and Western styles, contributing to the overall uniqueness. Good fit for big family with both elders and children. Service is another highlight, Jane could always accommodate our demands and easy to reach. And breakfast is good too!

Excellent experience. House comes with a cleaner and you get beers and water frequently refilled for free. Also if you want a tour they can arrange it for you with good vans and drivers. As mentioned by others it is about 30 minutes away from Chiang Mai Old Town, but you can get there with Grab Taxi’s. Also I was expecting a more jungle like experience but the villa is next to a busy road with a lot of noise in the morning. You can hear planes landing also. Finalky, the house smells damp and can use a little upgrade / attention to detail. However, it was a really big lovely place, we have had great advise and there is a very nice local place called Namthoeng Cafe nearby. In the afternoon we loved to just hang out near the pool, all quiet. So yes it’s a five star experience!

Ming was easily accessible and prompt in responding, we had an amazing stay. The White Villa is an exceptional property and I will definitely recommend it for future travels to Chiang Mai. Thanks again for a wonderful stay

Matches the photos and entering the house will add 100% points, clean, comfortable The location is the best part Walking distance to the bustling mall Massage, night market And it's easy to get to any attraction And any appliances in the house are great From kitchen microwave to bathroom hair dryer I will definitely visit again if I have the opportunity💕

Stayed here a few times when travelling with friends to Chiangmai. Right next door to One Nimman so incredibly convenient to walk to restaurants, cafes, shops and bars in the Nimman area. Well equipped house with a pool. 4 en-suite bedrooms upstairs. A real oasis.

Very nice place to stay

our villa that we were originally supposed to stay in was damaged in the earthquake. the host was very kind to find us an alternative place to stay for my family of 18 adults. the villa was amazing, with spacious rooms and amenities. villa is situated in a nice neighborhood with no road noise. the host communicated very well with us in all the help we needed. overall an amazing villa!

Thank you so much jay, family-like company for a few days, responded quickly to all my questions and handled it properly, including helping me to pick up the delivery haha.Plus this house, our whole group was very satisfied, the big lawn allows the kids to run wantonly, the clear pool staff is taking care of it daily, it makes me very comfortable having the kids to play, as well as all the snacks, drinks, red wines in the kitchen and living room are all free tastings, it really was a shock!Washing machine, microwave oven, stovetop, kitchenware, tableware (including chopsticks), you should have everything.The details were so touching.The kids were naughty playing with broken curtains and the staff didn't bother us after they fixed it.We will be back again and can't wait to see jay next time.❤️

Welcoming and peaceful vibe: our perfect stay in Chiangmai. Quiet and peaceful vibe but a short walk to supermarket and many good restaurants nearby.The room was perfect size with a very comfy bed , very clean , good taste decoration and well equipped bathroom.The bonus is a pool and nice tropical garden, very relax .This place felt like HOME. Perfect for a family tour, each room has a separate bathroom, this point is very perfect, this trip is very pleasant, in the evening by the pool, drinking a pot of tea in the backyard, it really feels too good, avoiding the traditional tourist bustling streets, it is really a unique and perfect vacation to relax.And the key is that such a villa is in an ordinary hotel, and this estimate of 5 of us is 6000RMB at night. Only 1/3 of the price here.Sincerely turned to, the surrounding net red restaurant chom is also recommended, as is the Wonderland, and that rice field restaurant, Michelin, is also very close.The nighttime zoo that the kids love is also nearby, especially great.The driver from the airport pick up was also nice to give us enough time to buy milk bread stuff at 7-11

What a great place for a big group. Lots of beds, space and fun little pool in a great location. Yes you can hear planes go over between 7am and 11pm but that would happen anywhere in the happening town of Nimman. The daily breakfast and clean doesn't happen anymore as per previous older reviews. Cleaner comes every 2nd day and does a great job. Would stay again.

Highly recommend this house! I had a fantastic stay—the host was incredibly supportive and friendly. The house was clean and located in an amazing area (takes 3 mins walk to weekend street market). Their responsiveness made my visit even more enjoyable!
