beautyful Apartment at the sea

we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! The sandy beach just below the house is as attractive in summer with a swimming jetty and beach café as it is in winter for lovely walks. Several seating areas on different floors. The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, 6 km from Ystad. Very good transportation about 150 meters from the house, trains to Ystad and Simrishamn or Malmö and Copenhagen. Bus between Ystad and Trelleborg about 100 meters away. The Sydkustleden bike path runs just above the house.

Wenn Du Lust auf Natur und Ruhe hast, dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig. Kleine Ausflüge nach Hiddensee, Kap Arkona oder einfach einen langen Spaziergang zum Meer und abends in der Sonne auf unserem Hof sitzen oder im Winter den Kachelofen anmachen und einen Tee genießen.

The holiday home was built in 1985 and is 67 m ². There are 3 bedrooms with double beds. In addition to a stove and oven, the kitchen also contains a dishwasher. There is a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The living room has a TV and wireless internet. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Semi-detached house about 10 min from Gbg city. Several patios with plenty of room for lovely barbecue evenings. On the balcony find a Weber gas grill. On the front patio there is a large lounge group. A garage driveway with room for 2 cars. In the area there is an Ica shop, a bakery, 3 pizzerias and a sushi bar. It is 5 min walk to the bus stop that takes you into the city center in about 10 min. We have a code lock that allows for self check-in if desired!
