The sandy beach just below the house is as attractive in summer with a swimming jetty and beach café as it is in winter for lovely walks. Several seating areas on different floors. The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, 6 km from Ystad. Very good transportation about 150 meters from the house, trains to Ystad and Simrishamn or Malmö and Copenhagen. Bus between Ystad and Trelleborg about 100 meters away. The Sydkustleden bike path runs just above the house.

From the south terrace in front of the house you can watch the sailboats and fish cutters. The holiday home was built in 1985 and is 67 m ². There are 3 bedrooms with double beds. In addition to a stove and oven, the kitchen also contains a dishwasher. There is a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The living room has a TV and wireless internet. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Drive to the sea. Take a vacation in a former schoolhouse. Our 95-year-old house is very quiet in a small village on Westrügen, one of the less touristy corners of Rügen. If you are looking for nature and tranquility, then you have come to the right place. Small excursions to Hiddensee, Cape Arkona or just a long walk to the sea and in the evening sit in the sun on our farm or in winter turn on the tiled stove and enjoy a tea.
