Stunning 10th floor facing the sea!

2 bedroom apartment (full bed + 3 single beds) 2 bathrooms with shower. New appliances, washing machine and everything you need to make your stay a memorable experience. Wonderful sunrise and sunset views without leaving your chair. Designed for demanding passengers. Come and enjoy winter in the mountains! New apartment. Style and comfort, to enjoy sunrises and sunsets. Living room with an island and wooden table, 8 chairs with fabric covers, and armchairs. Panoramic view of the sea and nature. Kitchen with equipment for a stay that feels like home. Master bedroom with large closet, 1.8M King Koil sommier, Foyer brand cotton sheets, duvet-like pillows, duvet and percale cover. 50" TV, AA, blackout and roller screen. And it has an en-suite bathroom.

The apartment has a bedroom, integrated living room, with a full bed, balcony with grill, double blackout curtain, air conditioning, garage. We offer linen service (sheets and towels). Semi-covered, patio, and pool with deck in the complex, for common use. Sleeps 4.

This unique place has its own style. Boutique house. Oceanfront and direct access to the beach. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. It has its own private viewpoint at the tip of the dune, where you can see the sunrise and sunset. Does not include sheets, pillowcases and towels. You must bring your own. (If you need electrical service, there is an extra cost that is paid upon entering US$20 x the stay)
