Great apartment for a couple, has everything we need to enjoy the beach that is, by the way, the main view of the balcony of the apartment, which was a great differential for us. When we left the beach we continued to enjoy with the beautiful view from the balcony. Wonderful location close to everything but very quiet. And we were very well served by the hostess Eliane and her husband. We'll be back for sure.

Perfect apartment! We take great advantage of the days we have been staying. Very well structured place, located and with many activities to do. Do not miss the paragliding, going to the dunes, bar alley of the hill, and especially going to the Bangkok restaurant (it is simple but wonderful and well considered). We went in 4 people and a pet (which was even very well received by the other residents) , place is amazing, with a view of the hill, the condominium has 2 party rooms that it is possible to book, a lawn for rest and leisure, the neighbors are extremely friendly and helpful. I talked to Vagner through the app, which was very attentive, and who welcomed us was Seu Lindomar, also extremely responsive. Great place to spend the holidays, very quiet and safe, the beach is not very crowded, which pleased us very much. As a bonus, on New Year's Eve we watched the cabin fireworks, as it was on the hill in front of our balcony. Everything was perfect, we will definitely come back!

My stay at Cheila's place was incredibly great!! The best location of Balneário Gaivota beach. It is on the waterfront with great access to the beach and in its surroundings has numerous restaurants, lancherias and markets. Location note 10. The house is phenomenal with a lot of comfort and everything my family needed. Highlighted by the balcony. The Cheila reception and the calls when needed was fantastic. I strongly recommend this house and when I have opportunity again I will come back. Thank you for everything.

Super spacious apartment. The garage is a block away,but the car is not used for anything,as the apartment is very well located and everything is done on foot. Two blocks from the beach and next to shops,restaurants and markets!the owner is a darling and welcomed us very well!I highly recommend it!
